Amrize announced that CFO Baris Oran is stepping down for personal reasons. The company appointed Samuel J. Poletti as CFO, effective Aug. 24, replacing Oran.
Poletti has served as Amrize’s Chief Strategy and M&A Officer since the company’s NYSE listing in June 2025. He played a key role in Amrize’s spin-off and oversaw the financial and operational aspects of establishing the company as an independent business. During more than 20 years at Holcim, he also led major acquisitions in the Building Envelope segment that doubled the size of the North American business.
As CFO, Poletti will be based at Amrize’s operational headquarters in Chicago. CEO Jan Jenisch praised his deep industry experience and track record in value-creating transactions.
Amrize also appointed Dillon Cumming as Vice President of Investor Relations, effective Sept. 8. Cumming will lead the global investor relations team and serve as the company’s main liaison with investors.
