Four NASDAQ stocks with reverse splits scheduled on Thursday. Expect trading to halt at 7:50pm ET tonight and resume at 9:00am ET Thursday morning.
$AIRE 1 for 25. Will reduce outstanding shares from approx 134.12m to approx 5.36m.
$BKYI 1 for 10. Will reduce outstanding shares from approx 10.9m to approx 1.09m.
$JAGX 1 for 35. According to a preliminary proxy filed on Apr 20, JAGX reported 14,044,277 outstanding shares as of Apr 15. A 1 for 35 RS would reduce outstanding shares to approx 401k. However, NASDAQ requires that companies maintain at least 500k publicly tradable shares. I have not been able to confirm whether the current share count is higher than what they reported as of Apr 15.
$UK 1 for 10. Will reduce outstanding Class A shares from approx 6.66m to approx 666k.
