$PRPL Somnigroup International Inc. $TPX filed a Schedule 13G disclosing a 6.88% beneficial ownership stake in Purple Innovation, Inc. • The stake consists of 8,000,000 shares of Class A common stock that could be acquired upon exercising warrants at $1.50 per share (subject to adjustment). • This calculation is based on 108,243,946 shares outstanding as of July 28, 2025. • Somnigroup states the shares are not being acquired to influence or change control of PRPL. • The filing date is August 14, 2025, with the event date triggering the filing being May 2, 2025. In plain terms: a new large holder (over 5%) now has warrants giving them potential future ownership, but they are not declaring activist intentions yet.

$PRPL @hamflavored my thoughts exactly. Looks like they want to close above $1 before the end of the month. This Q will show the impact of the new products that lunched and the new marketing strategy on instagram to work with multiple influencers. We will get an update on the new partnership with somni group $TPX to manufacture the beds. I hope this partnership opens the door to expanding outside the US sooner than we think. Also we should get an update on the increased store count with Costco. When this company turns profitable and expands globally it’s will hit $2.5Bn MCap again. That is 30x current value. 🤯 I just hope no one steals the company before that happens.

$PRPL Importantly, most of the warrants have a ten-year issue at a $1.50 strike but they have a noteworthy redemption clause: if the share price equals or exceeds $24 on 20 of 30 trading days, they can redeem the warrants by giving 45 days’ notice and exercise within that redemption window at $0.01/share. This incentive aligns with efforts to push the stock above $24 again. Note: the last time this stock did a run up it went from $4.52 to $40 within 6 months. And the margins of the products are much better for expansion than they were during that time. So huge potential for profits once demand in the industry turns around. Or they announce international expansion in partnership with $TPX . Buy and hold till $25, easy 30x anytime within next 4 years. Or a full buyout comes sooner and 2-5x current value.

$PRPL Has anyone picked up on the CEO’s new growth strategy—it’s clear what’s happening with the recent deal involving $TPX. Purple is positioning itself as a dedicated manufacturer of the GelFlex Grid, while leveraging Tempur’s economies of scale to handle mattress assembly. This allows Purple to focus mostly on producing the grid, which will significantly improve future margins. Even more importantly, this opens the door for licensing the GelFlex Grid for use beyond Purple-branded products. Purple can supply the grid to companies across industries—mattresses, airlines, furniture, automotive, marine—you name it. Can be branded as the next best thing invented after memory foam. With Tempur’s global distribution network and ownership of major retail chains similar to Mattress Firm around the world, the next phase is likely worldwide distribution. All Purple has to do is manufacture and ship the GelFlex Grid. Game-changing move. 🤯 👏👏
