$PMD My bottom line assessment is that this was a multi step process: (1) was to reduce expenses to stem the cash bleed, (2) to wait out the trucking industry malaise and reap the benefits of its turnaround and (3) hope for good news from HHS regarding hair testing registry. Step 1 was within their control and I don't know how much more they can cut. Two thousand square foot office space? What's next? Sharing cell phones? Let's assume Hulligan did a good job. Step 2 and Step 3 is basically we have to wait and see. JBHT said that they foresee a turnaround. The wild card of HHS? Not expecting much but if that comes through--and it's anti Labor and Trump hates anything associated with Labor--that its' got a shot. At this point? You'll get more information from JBHT than you will PMDI regarding PMDI.

$PMD This is a step by step story and will take a while to get there. Step 1 should happen in Q1 2025. At that point, the professional expenses to do the deal will have been completed and the cost saves that Hullinger has been working on for 15 months should start to follow the bottom line. Revenues a complete unknown. But if revenues even hold steady they should get to cash flow break even pretty quickly. Step 2 is when the trucking business picks up. JBHT is rather cautious about their growth but they mentioned adding 800 to 1,000 trucks to their fleet during the last CC. Step 3: is if HHS and then DOT takes steps to register and possibly require hair testing. Though the meeting is in May it's likely that will be kicked down the road a bit.

$PMD Took some $2.29’s today. Feeling anything below $2.35 is a great purchase long term.

Holding heavy $BGI for a big move Monday. Looking for premarket $2's for a move to the low $3's intraday. Chart says it's time. $CERO: Could be setting up for a technical breakout on rising volume; an upcoming earnings catalyst could propel a near‐term move. Watching for the next move. $CRGX: Promising pipeline progress in its specialty sector has my attention. Show me don't tell me. $PMD: Robust sector demand and positive technical signals; short‐term price action suggests potential upward movement. Could be a near-term trade here.

$PMD To quote Foreigner, "We're a long, long way from home". Let's see how the cost saves have worked. Then we'll worry about the revenues. Then we wait for the DOT decision about hair testing. Many steps.

$PMD Think it's important to clarify "going dark" from that of the "expert market". Unlike CLWY, PMD is NOT part of the expert market. Being in the expert market makes it extraordinarily difficult to buy any shares. You simply can't buy them from a Fidelity or a Schwab. And there's ZERO financial information released absent a signed NDA. PMDI (name change) is on the OTC Bulletin Board. This will prevent its purchase from some funds--but individuals will have an easy time buying it. There has been little public information regarding its plans to generate additional revenue. That is the stumbling block as of now. The cost saves do seem to be substantial and should fall to the bottom line relatively soon.

$PMD Interesting seeing all the liquidity here since going dark. One would think it would be hard to get shares below$2.35. So far not the case.

$PMD Bulletin Board is NOT completely dark. Limited quarterly financials will continue to be produced. There won't be proxies with detailed ownership or any 13 G-s or D's. The granularity of the reports will be limited. At this point we need to see where revenues are going and they will continue to release that.
