The fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that primarily invests its assets in U.S. and non-U.S. listed securities, including equity securities of U.S. and non-U.S. companies and ETFs, with an options market or derivative instruments (e.g. options) on such Listed Securities, as well as derivative instruments of indices. Listed Securities may also include other types of U.S. listed exchange-traded products. The fund is non-diversified.
