$JUSHF Virginia lawmakers and Gov. Abigail Spanberger (D) have had "very fruitful" conversations about a compromise approach to legalizing recreational cannabis sales that could pass this month as part of budget legislation, a key lawmaker told Marijuana Moment. A spokesperson for the governor told Marijuana Moment that she "looks forward to moving this across the finish line together" with the sponsors of earlier cannabis commercialization legislation she vetoed.

$JUSHF $MSOS. Updated thoughts. I continue to think that there is no other name in the top 10 MSOS names that has more leverage to S3 and markets transitioning to Adult Use than Jushi. Is there some risk to this view particularily AU in VA. Certainly there is, and that will be crystalized on or before May 22nd. Personally, I think odds still favour passage. I would put it at greater than 70%. Other better informed people have indicated likely higher. Regardless failure which would likely be more of a 1yr delay than outright failure would certainly be a negative but not a death blow. Strategically, assuming we get VA passed I expect JUSHI to outpreform over the next 12-18mths. However, I would caution that I can see a scenario where the first wave of money might go to disporportionally to the larger better known names. Regardless I would expect Justhi would preform well over the cycle and potential could also benefit from a preceived take over premium. I guess time will tell.

Oops, re-do. I put the wrong chart in there. The DOJ order has scheduled a hearing on recreational-use drug reclassification. The hearing is scheduled to start on June 29 and conclude by July 15th. The cannabis sector continues its move forward. Today's leaders in % gains: $AAWH $JUSHF $CRLBF $IMCC $CURLD

$JUSHF Nice to see a solid day. However, JUSH is still underpreforming for the week. I suspect it is just a function of people reaching for larger better known names. However given their outsized leverage to S3 and transition to adult use markets (VA and soon PA) relative to their market cap they should really outperform over time. When that shift happens is unclear but quite confident the will perform in the top quartile of the names in the sector over the next 6 to 12 months.

$JUSHF given PA and VA are at this point 100% medical markets Jushi must be something like 65-75% medical.

$JUSHF Rescheduling is a game changer for Jushi Holdings. 280E tax relief alone can dramatically improve cash flow and profitability—without any revenue growth. This is the kind of shift that can re-rate the entire sector.

$JUSHF just refininced debt and has alot of upside potential with operations in VA and PA, potential acquisition candidate after rescheduling IMO. Regardless, tailwinds are picking up.
