$BANL $TMDE $IOTR It would appear that the MM are "gaming" the system and will keep the BANL share price around this level until announcement so that the deal valuations line up (IMHO). The BANL "Availability" to borrow hit an ATH (1.2M shares) over the weekend, so it seems like they have lubed their machine with ample liquidity.

$TMDE $IOTR $BANL I suspect the deal was finalized on Friday's close, based on a 1:1:1 equity exchange in NewCo (BANL as the anchor and surving entity) and CBL assuming the $92M TMDE debt, refinanced under a more favourable ESG-related loan. This week is all about share positioning and MM money-making. Only the Insiders know for certain though so proceed cautiously and always do your own DD.

Security budgets don’t shrink during instability — they tighten up. This is literally the environment their tech was built for. Fast. Secure. Cost-efficient. Next-gen maritime solutions. If they release PR at the open while volume and eyes are high, it could amplify momentum big time. Macro fear shakes weak hands… but catalysts during volatility can move fast. Feels like one of those “position before narrative catches” moments 👀📈
