$HVII Impossible to predict. They simply get 1B$ in stock at the time of the merger, so for them it really doesn't matter what the stock price is.
So if the PPS is 10$ they will get 100M shares. If the PPS is 1$ they will get 1B shares.
That being said, you'd likely want to IPO with a price of around 10$ or more, so my guess is the price will remain around 10$ until the IPO. After that, it's simply whatever the market values this company at.
Could be 500M$, in which it would open around 5$.
Could fly up fast after that, could drop to 2.5$ after that.
No telling unless you can predict the market.
