Curious about valuations as my first foray into mining stocks (commodities) and I don't understand how they are valued. I see that this company has large potential at Crawford project and it keeps growing with further tests coupled with the fact that they want to put 3 refining/production plants for nickel , steel etc at a cost of
$1 billion each by 2027. I also see amongst many other positives that they should be receiving
$500 mill usd debt financing and other debt financing to finance all of this , so less dilution through equity. My question is, over the next few years should this not be valued much higher? They will hv billions in assets plus the mine an IRR of 17% on
$2.6 Bill on mining pus profits from 80k tons of nickel and the other two plants etc. this seems like an investors dream. But I'm with assets of over
$5 billion an 18 year cheap loan and fast tracked gov approval is this worth
$30 billion or
$3 Billion mkt cap in a few years. What am I missing
