$CAPS @CL I don’t block people for disagreeing with me. I welcome factual criticism and have repeatedly acknowledged the dilution and financing damage. I block accounts when disagreement becomes repeated personal insults and harassment. Everyone can express their investment view, but nobody is entitled to use my posts as a platform to abuse me. I’m here to discuss the company and its filings—not personalities.

$CAPS So after a heated debate with another investor here, one important point of agreement emerged: Management likely concluded that CAPS did not have enough cash to both fund operations and repay 3i in cash... Allowing debt conversion preserved working capital and may have helped protect the operating company.. but transferred the cost to common shareholders through severe dilution. That could explain why the conversion price was reduced. It does not excuse the execution, disclosure timing or damage to investors. The question now is whether the operating improvement can make CAPS genuinely self-funding before further financing causes additional harm. The FAQ should address that directly.

$CAPS For Q to block me tells you everything you need to know about him. I’m the largest retail holder here, but perhaps the entire float. I have a good grasp on things, equities, construction materials business (I do it for a living). And he blocks me? That tells you he’s a disingenuous asshat that’s playing a nasty game. Or stupid. One of the two.

$CAPS Some Important accounting distinction: Converting 3i debt into common shares is not operating cash flow... It exchanges a liability for equity and dilutes shareholders. It may conserve cash that would otherwise repay principal, but it does not generate cash from customers or operations. Operating cash flow must come from the underlying business after operating expenses and working-capital requirements. The dilution damage is real... The question for the FAQ is whether future growth can now be funded by cash generated from operations.. without additional convertible financing or equity draws - I keep making this point.

$CAPS Just to be clear Matt, not one is going to buy this. Management expects growth from approximately $72M toward a $100M annual revenue run rate to be funded primarily through operating cash flow. That operating cash flow we now know is coming from him dumping the debt on investors wholesale. That is not organic growth. Note he says expects and primarily through. Where is the rest going to come from? Again, this is not organic growth. Organic growth in a public company means expanding business through internal operations. This increase in sales, revenue, and production comes from existing resources. This does not mean dump all the debt on investors.

$CAPS $DHI $BLDR $IBP $XHB For investors following US homebuilding and building-products distribution, CAPS may be worth researching at roughly $0.19. Q2 results: • Revenue: $21.5M, up 67% YoY • Gross profit: $6.0M, up 92% • Gross margin: 27.9%, up 357 bps • Stone Business Adjusted EBITDA: $2.0M at a 9.4% margin Its Coastal Carolinas expansion serves a corridor with 230+ active new-home communities, while Carolina Stone’s D.R. Horton relationship has expanded to 19 communities. The capital structure and dilution remain substantial risks—that is why the upcoming FAQ and updated 3i balance matter. But the operating improvement is real and deserves separate research from the financing controversy.

$CAPS One important takeaway from page 11 of the Q2 presentation: Management expects growth from approximately $72M toward a $100M annual revenue run rate to be funded primarily through operating cash flow. It also says disciplined M&A is not expected to resume until 2027 as the balance sheet strengthens. That suggests capital-efficient organic growth—not more debt-funded acquisitions—is the current priority. The FAQ now needs to quantify how and when the business becomes sufficiently self-funding, along with answering the other important questions: What is the current share count? How much 3i principal remains? How much has converted since August 10? They said the FAQ would be released during the week of August 24, so don’t necessarily expect it Monday. The previous FAQ was released on a Wednesday.

$CAPS The widest disconnect I’ve ever seen in my life. Super positive PR and growth, largely inorganic of course. Perpetual share price destruction. I mean, what the actual fuck. I don’t give a shit about an AMA/Q&A regarding business performance. I have no fucking questions because I understand it. What we DO NOT UNDERSTAND IS THE SHARE PRICE DESTRUCTION BECAUSE OF THE DISCONNECT. Lipman/Quodo if you’re reading this, be a fucking man and step up with some answers and get this piece of shit on track. No one knows how it can be done — the phrase ‘too far gone’ plays well here. Unsure how a recovery is possible now. They’ve missed cash raising windows in effort to appease their predatory lenders and line their pockets with cheap shares. Perhaps that was the plan all along, quite illegal from a ‘trust/fiduciary’ standpoint, but who’s going to enforce it? And who’s going to value this at $50M+. That’s going to be what it takes to reach $2 share price with all the shares issued

$CAPS For me, the FAQ really comes down to a few straightforward questions: What is the current share count? How much 3i principal remains? How much has converted since August 10, tell us in the FAQ and file at the same time if required - and is any further conversion-price reduction currently contemplated? Then tell us how the remaining balance will be handled without repeatedly issuing shares at depressed prices.. and when consolidated operations could become self-funding. Management doesn’t need to promise the impossible.. Current numbers, an honest explanation and a measurable path forward would do more to restore confidence than another page of general optimism.
