$ARAI Yes the CEO sold some shares early on. At first glance it seems like a lot of money, but keep it in perspective.
He spent a decade investing a lot of his hard earned money into this start up and without having a salaried job. If you deduct what he invested, and whatever he has to pay in taxes then span that over a ten year period it’s not a ton of money and he didn’t sell one share for less than
$13 which is the maximum paid for by the original investors before going public. Any investor also had opportunity to sell when Dan did.
He also polled the original investors asking if they approve of him selling shares after going public. Man of his word. He is still a majority stakeholder in control of the company where most of his net worth sits. This is now his job and this is paying the bills for him. In my opinion He’s here to stay, and is going to make ARAI the largest company in the world or sell to the largest company in the world.
