$WTI The way I see it , just start adding up the WTI assets , your gonna come up with a value of over $10 to $15 a share, but this is what I see, if you believe its something else well thats , your believe , looks to me to be more of a fact than a belief in my eyes !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@trade2play he already milked $WTI for 100s of millions. Bought himself a fancy Mcmansion, Rolls Royces and Ferraris, plus the usual sins. doesn't give a shit if it gets bought out at $1 . with 35% he has 45 million shares, so even a buck nets him a nice bundle. His loyal followers however will take it up the ass.

$WTI somehow baggies refuse to accept Krohn also LIED on the last call. He told analysts "give us a few weeks" and "stay tuned" to more details about Cox junk. But after 7-8 weeks no PR , no update - they bought SHIT from Cox that no one else even bid on (wonder why?) which isn't producing much and no increase in revenue. Thats TK the turd king for you. Collects shit discarded by others , stiffing his stockholders for years.

@trade2play didn't read or ignored my messages from past 2-3 months? Krohn is deliberately killing his stock and company so he can take it private for pennies on the $ and his crooked lenders benefit . he likes to FK shareholders as many ways as he can. $WTI is a dead stock, give it up. There will be no JV, no buybacks no fancy dividends this year. You chose to believe crap posted by baggies that stuck in this from $4 , $5 and above. Sucks doesn't it

$WTI moron bagholders believed in TK the Turd King and his lies. He is SHORTING his own stock, get real. Company owes him $114 M thru shady Calculus Lending deal, int expense for which is being paid by shareholders. Easily the worst E&P in oil industry history: - hid material impact of oil spill from investors - wasted 100 M on Cox junk with ZERO production - lied about drilling holy grail for 4 years - now lying about JV and buybacks - using Stifel and Roth to push bogus price targets - filed false 8K/10Q with SEC Watch these aholes go to prison for this rampant fraud going on for 10 years, while CEO races cars and CFO cooks the books. W&T has a history of taking investors for a ride. BEWARE you have been warned.

$WTI One thing to keep in mind for a small offshore company like this is that, with offshore, the rigs and assets are enormous and enormously expensive to decommission when done. So, a highly profitable company might end up having a negative value if the liability of the future decommissioning costs exceeds the present value of the future cash flows. Thus a lot of smaller oil companies are constantly trying to push out their decommissioning liabilities. Not sure if that explains the low valuation or not. Could be a debt issue. Could be some other contingent liability — no clue. Generally if it’s going down I suspect it’s because someone who knows more than me, knows more than me.

$WTI Trades at an astonishing 1.0x EV/Sales Enterprise value is now down to $570m, meaning if some larger player wanted to buy out equity and debt they could for $570m and off that get:
$530m in revenue, $70m FCF and over one BILLION dollars in proved reserves.
Then you could look at the EV/EBITDA ratio, trading at just about 2.3x
For comparisons:
Pioneer sold at 7.5x Hess sold at 9.5x
Obviously larger names, but the valuation here is getting ridiculous

$WTI new 52 week LOW 2.29, now that is what you call share holder value, if you invested 1000 dollars a year ago you would be just about 50% down in your investment. Shareholder value? -48% hahah brutal.
