Not something one person could accomplish. They found no fraud or wrongdoing. They recommended replacing some key people in accounting and legal. $SMCI the stock has killed me. I lost about 20,000 when it was trading in the 600s. Tapped out at 3:30. Then took a flyer and jumped back in at 19. The only option now is to sit and hold. Although it’s nice to see it green every day that’s not gonna happenbut I believe in 12 months I’ll be rewarded.

$SMCI don't forget, EY is working closely with Dell, who is SMCI's biggest competitor. It's a little suspicious for EY to resign at the last minute of earning just to create problems for SMCI. And here is the tricky and vague part: EY never accused SMCI of wrongdoing in any way. All they said is that they can agree on integrity, which means nothing. With the independent committee investigation report, it's for certain that smci won't be delisted and Nasdaq will approve for extension soon.
