Anyone who purchased
$TDS shares between May 6, 2022, and November 3, 2022.
Do I need to sell my shares to qualify?
No — you are eligible whether you sold your shares or still hold them.
How much is the payout?
The payout per share is
$0.50 — but if only ~25% of eligible investors file, the effective payout could increase to

Can I still file?
Yes — claims are currently being accepted, including late claims, until August 27, 2025.
