$PHR Not a huge deal but FY2026 average EPS just dropped from $1.37 to $1.33/share. And, this is the only (and very minor) bearish data I can find to explain the larger share price drop in PHR since earnings…other than perhaps some analysts (and myself) thinking they may have overpaid for AccessOne. I think this is bottoming here and may consolidate and trade with the market a bit but should be a good buy/add point now. The only real catalysts I can think of are PHR 1) updating their outlook, including AccessOne, when that deal closes (perhaps 8 weeks or so???) 2) reporting 3Q 2025 in early November and 3) Perhaps a new software customer whenever that may happen. Thoughts? I just have a starter position so am looking to add. I may buy shares here or perhaps sell in the money Puts to get a slightly better price. Post-earnings selloff in $PHR likely due to headlines the Trump admin is moving to cut out pharmaceutical advertising (particularly on television). What the market is missing is that Phreesia may ultimately benefit as the shift pushes more ad spending into its HIPAA compliant patient engagement platform representing a new growth driver. Ultimately, bullish according to multiple Wall Street analysts with a buy rating. $XLV $IWM $VHT $IYH

Holding Phreesia Despite Initial Post-Earnings Disappointment https://seekingalpha.com/article/4822460?gt=9fe5d4aa578ff597 * Phreesia's stock fell post-earnings for the first time since June 2024 amid apparent disappointment with the company's largest-ever acquisition. * Yet improving cash flow margin and net income trends continue to make the stock a buy. * This non-cyclical growth story still has plenty of runway as the company works to expand into its large TAM opportunities. * A low valuation and favorable comparables to peers and competitors further make this stock an attractive buy. $PHR #earnings

$PHR the drop on my opinion is unfounded based on AI hype. It is real, but folks do not understand yet the practicality and impact to the bottom line. I’m happy to be long and flat right now in my position. I will likely add and just wait.
