Very minor item of note #1) was their explicit mentioning that Dr. Lee is an integral part of the business as the seek to transition the company from research & development to marketing and selling their product. Minor note #2) was the mentioning of anticipated increased operational costs in the 2nd half of 2026 to continue/ramp up development of the lab prototype. Minor note #3) The patent filing for Thermaloop is roughly 1-year in. Interesting (if not concerning note): The mentioning of only 2 ”full-time” employees. Did I miss something with this? Are the other guys they brought i this past year only part-time?
