$MTMCF The activity on this is sporadic so market makers are lowering the ask to reduce inventory. There is nothing fundamental going on here creating the drop. Just the market marketing.

$MTMCF All you have to do is wait. It is not if, but when. All funding is to be non dilutive from now on. The ElementUSA deal has proven that this is the intent. What needs to be looked out for is further de risking. They will most likely recieve more grants and also EXIM loans in the near future. This derisks the financing and makes earnings meaningless in terms of cash burn. They already have an initial loan from the DoD, they need to reach milestones for the next grant. They are completely in line with what EXIM is looking for, once again they have to meet certian criteria and they are doing it. These are what is important. There is no greed here. Rice university can pull the patent rights if they see mismanagement of their IP. It is in the best interest of management to fully execute and exceed expectations.

$MTMCF I think there is still some potential downside short term looking for the right opportunity to add. Long term this is a winner as long as management doesn’t get greedy or screw up strategically.

$MTMCF Remember that they are zero waste. Even the byproduct has value. It isn't a main revenue stream, but iron and cobalt chlorides and graphene have value. Nothing they flash goes to waste. It helps with ESG when it comes to gaining government funding. This is the closest thing to alchemy there is.

$MTMCF So here is a reasonable throughput of 5000 tonne in 2026 and based solely on gold recovery from high grade pcb. 5000 tonne pcb produces 400 g/t gold based on previous tests. Using a conservative historical gold price of $83 g that is 2 mil g x 83. $170 mil in gold alone. This is feasible. $170 mil x 40 multiple (MP current multiple) is $6.8 bil mc and over $10 per share. Feasible and based only on gold. No other base metals nor 2nd line ree recovery. Although, germanium from that 2nd line processing 350 tpa would result in another 5 to 10 mil alone.

$MTMCF Yep. The entire market missed it. The company has fundamentally changed its profile in 2 weeks. This is no longer a startup, prerevenue company. This is a monster with novel, disruptive, revolutionary high tech in the making. The Glencore agreement proves it. This is large institutional backing from the worlds largest commodity company helping it through the valley of death by giving it the feedstock it needs to finish commissioning. More de risking.

$MTMCF As usual the market gets it wrong. The 2400 tpa secures throughput for commissioning and scaling. It also shows commercialization is imminent. They aren't going to rely solely on Glencore for feedstock. The market can't see the forest for the trees. Oh well... Nom nom

$MTMCF Questions: 1-If Metallium is separating metals from electronic waste, can they separate all the metals in one flash or is it multi flashed at different temps or one metal at a time? 2- How do they collect the separate metal chlorides or is a mixedmetal chloride compound? 3- Was the process demonstration unit a processed scaled up version or still lab version? 4- What are their planned milestones for this year? Texas site operating against ewaste, anything else? 5- Is there a forum to ask questions to the CEO online that get reviewed at interviews?

$MTMCF great end to 2025 from a share price and company news perspective. If they can execute and scale, sky is really the limit. I wouldn’t be shocked to see partnerships with major players in the future. This is tech that is emerging at a critical time, it’s really the perfect storm. Still relatively unknown to the market.

$MTMCF Metallium basically has a strategic monopoly due to it holding exclusive worlwide rights on Rice Universities flash joule heating tech patents. It is nearly a given that they will not only recieve government grants, but much larger non dilutive deals like prepayment and joint venture from companies in the Mag 7 and other big tech producers of high grade scrap in 2026. Similar to the $10 million deal they announced a few weeks ago, but bigger. This should be a huge breakout year for them in 2026. No one can do what they do. It is also highly likely that, once proven, they move to tier 1 national security asset. Analysts have stated that these type of companies could experience double to triple digit rallies in 2026 and 2027.

$MTMCF This is a much larger step than the market is giving credit for. They recover gold at nearly 99 percent. This is their primary target for the near future. They have multiple loi and mou with various companies, the big one being Glencore and their proccessing of high grade pcb that produces approximately 1500 tonnes of char from 8000 tonnes of e waste. If this stays consistent and they can produce half of that in the last half of the year it would amount to nearly 400 kg of gold which would be worth $62 mil in offtake, etc. That is only for the gold. They will almost assuredly be given larger grants and enter into an EXIM loan agreement that could be potentially worth 100s of millions collectively which further de risks them for investors. Their 2nd and 3rd plants could be operational in late 2026 dependent on financing. Their red mud processing stands to be worth 400 mil to over 1 billion over the lifetime of the bauxite reserves in Louisiana.

$MTMCF we also have an emerging silver processing bottleneck. china processes 40% and those new restrictions go into effect 1/1/26. mexico is about 25%, and peru is the 3rd largest. metallium is also focusing on gold and silver. its rare earths + precious metals. strong long term potential
