$MGLD sells Brigadier subsidiary to director-linked entity for $2.2M. Proceeds aimed at debt reduction as company doubles down on financial services. Strategic move or governance red flag? The $4.32M cash position gets a lifeline, but core ops still bleeding (-21.4% op margin). P/B of 1.57 looks rich given fundamentals. https://www.sec.gov/Archives/edgar/data/1005101/000164117225015734/form8-k.htm

$MGLD Interesting Fintech play with multiple segments. Watching their mobile banking app development closely. Potential growth if they execute well on Fintech strategy. Might take a small position if momentum builds. interesting article: https://beyondspx.com/article/the-marygold-companies-inc-mgld-a-diversified-holding-firm-navigating-evolving-financial-services-landscape

$IPDN #1 play on Social Media for Monday. Most are predicting a move to over $1.00 so I'll be bidding for anything I can get under .50. Further out I'm liking $MSTR, diverse and stable. $MGLD for diversity as well. Considering $VRPX for a possible swing.

$BGI reversing off bottom after being pounded by shorts, closes trading with shorts covering and a ton of momentum. I picked up more at close in the $1.50's. When that momo continues on Monday it could push this over-shorted 2.1M share float past $10! Further out I'm liking $MSTR, diverse and stable. $MGLD for diversity as well. Considering $VRPX for a possible swing.

$BGI avg in the 1.60's. This'll be $3 by Monday close. Easy money to finance my swing candidates. Reviewing $VRPX recent advancements and financing. Timing my starter. $MGLD seems to have architected a stable foundation for growth, just watching. If you're following $SDST those recent contracts are significant! Calculating entry.

Took this EOD $BGI run for a potential 100% move over the weekend. Could even see $3.00 by EOD Monday. $EVAX The whole concept of AI driven, personalized immunotherapies is revolutionary. $EVAX is the top name here and they just completed an offering, positioning them for a safe hold with a lot of potential upside. No position yet. $MGLD - Diverse portfolio across financial services and consumer products provides a stable foundation for growth, appealing to investors seeking diversified exposure. Reviewing $VRPX for a possible swing. Recent advancements in PM & antivirals look good. Big market for their pipeline and recent financing is done so should be no landmines for a while.

Keep watch on $BGI tomorrow for a possible intraday double. Likely dips PM that allow buying under $2.15. Should see $3 by open, possibly $5 - $7 after. Pay attention though! $EVAX positioned for a them for a safee hold post-offering. $MGLD - Diverse portfolio provides a stable foundation for growth, known player, just watching. Reviewing $VRPX recent advancements. Recent financing. Known runner.

Grabbed a few more $BGI in the 1.70's right at close. This should be $3 by open Monday and I like nothing better than some easy money to finance my BIO Swings! $WKHS - Focus on electric delivery vehicles aligns with the global shift towards sustainable transportation solutions, positioning it to benefit from the expanding EV market. $MGLD - Diverse portfolio across financial services and consumer products provides a stable foundation for growth, appealing to investors seeking diversified exposure. $MSTR - Substantial investment in Bitcoin offers investors exposure to cryptocurrency markets, while core business intelligence services continue to drive enterprise adoption.

$MGLD They are going to let this die, reverse split it.. that is why the CEO needed almost 20 million shares.. So they can 20:1 this and he still makes millions in the end.. what a shame.

Holding $BGI overnight, looking pretty certain for a 50% return. $2 by closed of trading, then likely $3 or higher by open tomorrow. I'm in heavy. I like $IPA for two reasons. Their recent collaborations seem to be facilitating advancement. And, frankly, we need new antibodies. Bad. They just finished a $7M F-3 so I'm open to holding some for a while. Nothing yet tho. Still bullish on $WKHS . Even though the EV market is up in the air, this particular niche - delivery vehicles - could be insulated from any potential hits the transportation segment might take. $MGLD - I really just like it because its extremely diversified and they just completed an S-3 through MAXIM so I think we should be safe from any surprises for a while.
