$IVP I previously had, during the company’s IPO, had direct access to Investor Relations and was able to communicate without restriction. Since that time, I have made multiple attempts to contact the company by telephone. Each attempt has been met with an automated recording that redirects callers to the investor information page on the company’s website. No representative has been made available to address shareholder inquiries. This practice constitutes a failure to provide reasonable access or communication to shareholders, who are, by definition, partial owners of the corporation.
Furthermore, the telephone number listed on the relevant SEC notice also redirects to the company’s website, effectively preventing any meaningful dialogue or transparency. Based on these actions and the company’s recent conduct, I have significant doubts that regulators will authorize another reverse split, as such a measure would not remedy the underlying operational and managerial deficiencies. ???
