$QIND So @AgInAustin1 posits that Nick Link and JP Backwell are working diligently to add value because they would make much more money than by diluting and paying themselves out of invested funds. I would say it takes some experience to figure out which of the two paths they've chosen. But suppose Austin is right. Nick has preferred $ILUS shares convertible into 30 billion common shares, over 90% of the economic interest of ILUS. So Nick and JP provide the brains and investors provide the brawn (money). At 90%, Nick and JP would have to 10x the money coming in just for the brawny shareholders to break even! Nick and JP would have to pick acquisitions as well as Warren Buffett for 12.7 years just for investors to end up with a 0% return. Yet for 12 years with Firebug and ILUS, Nick and JP have shown they only destroy value. The $10's of millions investors put into ILUS over the past 3 years, just vanished. Even if Austin were right, would you want to share his gamble??

Why would JP Backwell be interested in a quick pump of either $HTOO or $QIND? He wouldn't. He can't sell his shares yet so there is absolutely no personal reason that he would want a pump. Ignore anyone who says otherwise without giving a logical reason. JP is interested in building a long term successful company that will give him far greater riches than what his current share value is. I will be there for the ride.

$HTOO $QIND - The quick pump here sure has JP Backwell flashing a quick grin. Both JP and Nick Link can't wait to fleece you and tank this PoS just to fill their own pockets, similar to what they did with ILUS, CGRA, SAML and soon DRCR, with the DRCR preferred shares. Don't ride this HINDENBURG too long folks.

$QIND so question is: is the whole fall thru of this "completed deal" and NASDAQ situation already priced in already or will this go lower when that occurs? Based on how many "completed deals" have fallen thru, I'd say it may already b priced in since that is the expectation, yet each time that occurs it does take a dive anyway.

$HTOO is up today to about 0.64. The post conversion value of $QIND shares is now $0.30 based on that price. That's about 6X where it is trading now. Just need compliance to be validated by NASDAQ on the Jan 7 hearing and this is full steam ahead, IMO. JP said that they have already achieved what is needed for compliance in his latest video.

$HTOO Six days until the delisting hearing. Swindlers Nick and JP will arrive to the hearing with accounting showing HTOO has $12M in equity, creatively conjured up through the share swap with $QIND and which is an affront to GAAP. Then over the next few days, the Nasdaq hearing panel will have an intensely heated debate, centered around whether they should send HTOO a formal letter denying the continued listing or whether they should simply send a card which says "GTFOH!"

In case you haven't done the math on the $QIND $HTOO conversion, here it is. The QIND executives sold their shares to $HTOO and received 0.463 shares of HTOO per share of QIND. At current prices that means QIND is worth $0.25. So, that is a nice return. HTOO needs to double approximately to stay compliant and they seem confident of that as they have not scheduled a RS and those take time. So with the conversion and the HTOO price appreciation, that would put the QIND value at approx $0.50. That's about a factor of 10 or a bit less return.

$ILUS $QIND $HTOO - This is what Nick and JP do...and as you can see, they are very good at it. They won't hesitate to do this with $SGN, given the opportunity. 250,079,532 shares added in 2 months!! They've doubled the OS by adding 1.3 BILLION shares in just 19 months

$ILUS $QIND $HTOO Looks like the bottom feeders have come out to try to pump the price of Ilus and Qind. It won't happen. Never buy restricted shares. You know who you are and I'm saddened for you. Great selfies though.

$HTOO $QIND $ILUS - One of many 'great' VodCasts from JP Backwell. This combines the River Dancing with Tap Dancing with a side of Word Salad. Much is promised, nothing happens...year after year. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3OHqqPq0rC8&t=397s

$HTOO $ILUS $QIND - Nick Link and JP Backwell just make up companies as well as just make up their revenue targets. It's entertaining at every turn. They are the ringmasters of the ILUS CIRCUS. Kiss your money goodbye!

$HTOO $QIND - How can they say this in today's presentation? Highlights of our operating gas business, Al Shola Gas: • Services over 36,000 customers in the Middle East • 2024 Forecast: $14M revenue & $2.3M net income (30% growth over 2023) • 2025 Targets: $25.3M revenue & $4M net income [When for the last 9 months they put up the numbers in the SEC filing? Look how far off the previous estimates were...and now they're estimating even more] - 'you can't make this sh*t up" Lying right to your face

During the presentation JP said "with the acquisition of $QIND and the consolidation of its financials we're ($HTOO) now NASDAQ compliant with shareholder Equity of over $10 million US." The January 7th decision is now a non-factor. They are now NASDAQ compliant.

I would think that any serious investor in $HTOO would be thrilled about the presentation today. I can't speak to the mindset of traders. HTOO was about to be delisted and now they have combined with a profitable company that will enable them to grow the green hydrogen business without the complete reliance on unpredictable/capricious government subsidies. $QIND
