But what happened to the pending acquisition of the British manufacturer? What happened to the E-raptor 4x4 production supposed to start in Q1? What happened to the E-raptor deliveries due this past November? What happened to the QIND and SAML uplists? What happened to the shareholders meeting which they promised would happen in Q1? Why didn't they make the $73.5M payment toward QI?...forcing that "completed" acquisition to vanish? What happened to the two sources of financing lined up for QI? What happened to the other $100M company they were going to acquire? What happened to the "completed" acquisition of Vira Drones? What happened to the share lockup and buyback? Why does everything swindlers Nick and JP promise, end up vanishing?!?! Nick and JP convince investors that milestones are banked but...

$ILUS Whatever happened to that unnamed British autonomous vehicle manufacturer for which scammers Nick and JP signed an LOI in February to acquire?? Looks like that vanished like everything else. Speaking of which, that LOI with the British company was a month after the owners of Quality International terminated the deal with ILUS/QIND for non-payment. Swindlers Nick and JP were just sitting on that information...and rather than informing shareholders that virtually all of the ILUS revenues and entirely all of the $QIND revenues, that they had been reporting for almost two years, just vanished, Nick and JP decided to instead tell shareholders about a new BS letter of intent to acquire another company and to keep quiet about Quality International's termination for another two months. Does that sound like Nick and JP are honest and forthright??!! You shareholders are literally invested in a scam.

$ILUS It would be wise for swindlers Nick and JP to offload $QIND somehow, but I don't think it will be to $ASNS as they've guided. QIND's only 'subsidiary' isn't a subsidiary at all--they signed a sham deal with Al Shola Gas just like they did with Quality International. Right now, swindlers Nick and JP are fraudulently booking Al Shola Gas' financials as belonging to QIND. If they hold onto QIND until the next audited 10-K is due, even their shady auditor, Pipara & Co, might not sign off on the same type of fraud again like they did a year ago with Quality International. While retail OTC investors almost never sue, it might be a different story if they offload QIND to ASNS. The CEO there will fairly quickly find out that Nick and JP swindled ASNS and legal action is likely to follow. Nick and JP are better off distributing their shares of QIND to ILUS shareholders who are much less likely to sue.

$ASNS Pre announcement or guidance on quarters revenues will provide a big boost. It makes sense for the company to bring its stock price up before they formalize any exchange ratio with $QIND if the acquisition is still on the table. We are 21 days from the July 23 by which time the merger will have to be finalized.

$ILUS Swindlers Nick and JP have hit a milestone. They have spent two years making "progress" toward uplisting $QIND. Now entering the third year of working toward that goal, they're on the cusp of that uplist, as always. Early last year they hired a consultant called Exchange Listing LLC to make the QIND uplisting happen even faster. They trumpeted that it would be done in "summer". At that time, loyal shareholders like @AgInAustin were beside themselves with excitement over the uplist which was "grounded in reality." My prediction is that by next year, swindlers Nick and JP will be really, really close to making progress toward the final push to begin to consummate the QIND uplist. .

$ILUS Looks like $ASNS received another order, this time for $300k. Good for them. As far as $QIND, swindler CEO Nick Link at ILUS said there were no issues with moving forward on the share swap with ASNS. That's code for that potential deal already being dead.

$QIND What happened here? This was .22 a year ago? How could this thing have tanked 80%. Did I miss some great failure? How could a great company that is up listing drop this much? Im confused can someone please tell me how this happened? No Nasdaq? Is this normal for a company? Ive never seen this before. The only stock I seen as useless is one called Ilus.

$ILUS $QIND Good notes by Austin. Welcome back, Austin. I don't have Austin's unquestioning trust so I view with great skepticism how Nick values QIND at $50 million. QIND is literally a shell company and its sole 'subsidiary' is Al Shola Gas, where swindler Nick is playing the same game as he did with Quality International. ASG can exit the pending deal at its option and it appears the deal was done with the understanding that QIND will arrange financing for a truck for ASG. It's another sham deal. If anything said by Swindler Nick sounds like it could be bullsh*t, it is bullsh*t. As far as Nick now needing more money for all of the languishing subsidiaries to suddenly flourish, keep in mind that swindlers Nick and JP pushed out about $100M worth of stock in the past 3 years, bringing in $10s of millions into ILUS/QIND. That cash was incinerated. Why wasn't any of that deployed to make these subsidiaries flourish?!?! .
