$HTOO Its due for a run closing any day via 6k announcement? Volume has been very light here . Still major upside $Qind valued at 51% of Ashola $32 million $64 million as an entire entity . Market cap here is undervalued. Yes $Qind will pay Ashola for the $10 million owed in stock/cash and another $10 million for the other 49% of Ashola .

You don’t even have a position but you’re here preaching on the streets about how this deal is bad without any specifics other than your views on the company etc. You want to help then start by telling facts that you have no IDEA WHATS COMING NEXT. Unless of course you have ulterior motives perhaps you have a short position? Because if you had insider information, you know that’s against the law right? What I think is disgruntled because either a you’re bored B you’re being paid to bash this stock or see you’re stuck in mommy’s basement and you have nothing better to do but be a troll, which one are you? $QIND $HTOO Basically, if the announced potential deal goes through: -HTOO would get a controlling majority of QIND shares. - ILUS would get a controlling majority of HTOO shares. $ILUS would gain control of HTOO and maintain control of the worthless QIND shell by virtue of its control of HTOO. HTOO shareholders would lose 2/3+ of their ownership of HTOO but gain a worthless shell company, QIND, which fraudulently pretends it has an economic interest in a company called Al Shola Gas. Not that HTOO appears to be worth much anyway, but...

$HTOO $QIND After rereading the PR I think I figured it out. Anyone please let me know if it makes sense. After the merger, QIND shareholders will get HTOO shares. Per the PR, HTOO will add about 20% shares to current outstanding shares. So QIND value is 80 percent of HTOO current value or share price (accounting for 20% dilution) or currently 0.8 x $0.3125 = $0.25. Is that correct?

$HTOO The old deal would have paid us $33M to satisfy the Nasdaq minimum equity, fund ongoing projects, unlock grants, continue the huge EU project. The new merger has a comparable high dilutive component but what do we get for that? What do we get for sacrificing so much?

$HTOO IMO, there is only one asymmetric outcome for this company. That would be the return of the $33.5m investment from Hydrogenial/Norbert Bindner. FF has > EUR60m in grants, IPSEI approval, amongst other assets. The alternative proposal, the "reverse merger," might be an oxygen mask, but that is all. Problem is that I cannot find ANY information on Hydrogenial S.A. or the principal. IF (and this is a giant IF) the entity is funded and is in fact in breach, perhaps there is a path forward...otherwise, my mental energy will be directed elsewhere.
