$NUKK The 45 days is when the hearing is set. But yeah they could very well merge before that and resolve the issue. The appeal could just be used to buy time.

$NUKK The appeal gets filed tomorrow, the hearing is in 45 days. Then they get some time to file a compliance plan. Which will be a reverse merger of some company into the shell. Usually the SEC requires press releases of the plan and announcement of the merger.
