$ILUS Shareholders, keep in mind that financial statements are records of historical fact. They don't change and require a re-statement when a contract or an agreement falls apart nor when someone changes their mind. Financial re-statements are only done when there was a material error made in the first place. Nick Link and JP Backwell are pretending so such error occurred, and pretending that the restatement was only because Quality International's sellers terminated the sale. The error was actually fraud in that Nick and JP were consolidating the financials of Quality International onto the financials of $QIND and ILUS without ever actually owning Quality International. Think it through, shareholders. If you missed the "completed" acquisition of Vira Drones vanishing and missed the "acquired" Petro Line vanishing, learn from QI falling apart. Nick and JP who are running $QIND , $ILUS, $DRCR, $SAML and $CGRA, are very literally fraudsters.

The annual filing is some pretty funny reading...link below, but here's a sample of Nick and JP saying they own something when they don't. All they own is Dave Gallagher's garage business selling booty shorts. $CGRA Great news for CGRA today except for one tiny issue--Nicolas Link is a scammer and lies to shareholders. Look at $ILUS where he said he "acquired" and "completed the acquisition" of other companies and later those acquisitions all failed to materialize. Nick's a liar. Right now Nick has five tickers, $CGRA, $ILUS, $QIND, $DRCR, and $SAML and he's diluting all of them while pretending to make constant progress.
