@DILLIGAFIDONT @MrHamilton @WeWontDissapoint I’m assuming the drcr dilution went exactly where the $ILUS $QIND and $SAML dilution went same POS running the scams

$ILUS $QIND $SAML $DRCR I don’t remember the last time it was this quiet in the last few years. It seems like everyone is either in or out at this point. I am down a lot of time and $$$ but I still have faith friendos. They have had ample opportunity to scam / run / profit and instead seem to have just made naive business decisions in a never before seen post-Covid market. There are a lot of hard facts / egg on their face, but everyone also needs to admit they have a serious reading comprehension problem. Most are unable to interpret the descriptors which state potentialities in all the PR’s. They warned early on it may take years to reach their goals. I think they should PR more of the failures so we are well informed. That being said, it has been a long while and operating out of a country with no extradition also adds a layer of concern.

I am waiting on news and filings from $ILUS, $QIND and $SAML. I understand that they have to be quiet while working on these mergers, but it is hard to wait and the share prices aren't doing well as we wait. So, I along with some others on the discord listed near-term things to expect. It was a big, impressive and impactful list. I'm looking forward to seeing some of these soon: - SAML dividend for ILUS shareholders - Acquisition of British Manufacturer of Autonomous Vehicles - QIND business combination agreement - SAML business combination agreement - Significant Wildfire business European acquisition - Significant US emergency vehicle manufacturing - "A" license for fire system installation and maintenance - New well connected board member - SAML name change - Two new QIND acquisitions: in the UK and in Texas (likely after the uplist/merger)

I do believe that it is time for $ILUS and $QIND to show something positive. Regardless of why the QI deal was terminated, the whole affair is a stain that reflects bad due diligence in the acquisition process. It was good that the deal was structured such that they could back out, but that wasn't a good outcome if viewed from the beginning of the process. The Al Shola Gas deal, while much smaller, is structured much better and done with a company that they are familiar with since ILUS did the deal with the ASSS company. I still have belief that JP and NIck will make something very good with $ILUS, $QIND and $SAML, but their leash is now shorter. Good thing they have the opportunity to prove themselves with the QIND uplist. They have until Aug 15 to uplist it and the announcement should come soon. If they do it $QIND should show a very nice return. We're watching....

$ILUS $QIND $SAML pretty crazy how PP and Hamilton have predicted how the events will unfold over a year ago! Obviously not a scam they just had like 15 lucky guesses. No scam here and nothing to see! 🤣🤣🤣

$SAML Swindlers Nicolas Link and John-Paul Backwell defrauded investors with $QIND and they're setting up to repeat their swindling success with SAML. QIND is a shell company owned by ILUS, through which swindlers Nick and JP signed a sham agreement to acquire a company called Quality International. Despite not paying for QI nor getting any ownership of QI, they decided to fraudulently have QIND claim all of QI's financials as their own, pretending QI was QIND's operating subsidiary. With questions swirling, it was a massive cluster for well over a year. But since $ILUS legitimately owns QIND, it follows GAAP to consolidate QIND's (albeit fake) financials as belonging to ILUS. ILUS looked clean...unless an investor decided to dig into QIND. Now swindlers Nick and JP set up SAML as the intermediate shell. You can guess they're planning a repeat of the QI scam. Watch out, investors.

$ILUS This is what's known as a false premise. "I like to invest in stocks where the executives will benefit primarily by stock price appreciation so that our interests are aligned. That is how it is with $ILUS, $QIND and $SAML." Virtually every single CEO or person running a penny stock scam will give themselves shares for these reasons: 1) It costs them nothing to give themselves shares. 2) It maintains their control 3) It fools some investors into thinking their interests are aligned with shareholders. Austin incorrectly said "will benefit primarily by stock price appreciation" but he hasn't noticed that ILUS has been dropping (so Nick Link isn't benefiting there) while money keeps coming into ILUS through convertible note sales...which Nick has full autonomy on how to use, including for his own compensation (where he's certainly benefiting).

I like to invest in stocks where the executives will benefit primarily by stock price appreciation so that our interests are aligned. That is how it is with $ILUS, $QIND and $SAML. Nick and JP haven't sold any shares. It would be in the filings (form 144 and then form 4). Their salaries are small now, but will 👆 upon uplist, which is another motivation that benefits me. The business combination agreements with big board stocks (likely NASDAQ) will result in a big board presence for both $QIND and $SAML separately. Nick and JP seem like great guys, but I am aligning myself with their financial self-interest. It is a very motivating force. I have to consider whether they are competent enough to pull this off. I believe they are.

$QIND FUNNY JOKE- Nick and JP told you that you own QI the share price was at 2 cents a share! With around 100million OS. It currently is the exact same shell company with 128.03 million outstanding shares! Since Nick and JP tricked you into thinking you owned Quality international they diluted 25%. They also tricked you into thinking they were uplisting in 2022, 2023, 2024! Remember the share price was north of 50cents? Let’s do a bit of math
.5 x 28,000,000shares = $14,000,000. The real question is if they missed every payment where did the 14million go? Also why did they book revenues of a company that’s not theirs? Here’s another math quiz it’s pretty simple: “nick and Jp own a shell company trading at 2 cents. They add 25% more shares reducing the value of your shares by25%. Nick and Jp missed all payments there for forfeiting any value the shell company had! The company has 0% more value as in 2022 at 2cents a share but 25% more shares.” QIND value= 1.5cents

@BanksTanks They previously tried to a name and ticker change for both, but we have no update on that. The new PR’s only mention a reverse merger and I would expect $SAML will go away just like $QIND if they found a target company. I think the plans changed rapidly but we don’t have enough information yet on how it plays out.
WeWontDissapoint

$ILUS This is not correct. Only $SAML has announced a dividend. $QIND shareholders will have their shares replaced with unknown ticker shares. It is unclear if $SAML is the same kind of reverse merger. I was speculating if it is the same, it leaves shareholders with two different unknown public stocks, and then only $ILUS remains. $ILUS may own a decent amount of 3 unknown public tickers if the reverse mergers happen for all three $DRCR, $SAML, $QIND.

$ILUS For a reverse merger a company goes away. One PR mentioned $QIND shares will go away. I wonder if this will also happen with $SAML? That would mean $ILUS holders get $SAML dividend, $SAML merges, $SAML goes away, leaving ILUS Int with only $ILUS as an investment vehicle. If $SAML is also going away, in my opinion it potentially leaves a bullish case for only the remaining core $ILUS post completion of both reverse mergers.

$ILUS $QIND $SAML - Remember all the prolonged DD they did on QI? How diligent they were... How great QI was...will all the certifications and preferred customer lists, sales pipelines over $150M and customers with huge name recognition that they might have done business with... Remember...? Pepperidge Farm remembers. Fascinating...how quickly the Dilapidated Duo turned on their best friends Mr. Gerab and Mr. Ramadamadingdong, when they wouldn't accept the fact that Nick and JP were about $100M short and about 7 months late. Go figure.

$DRCR $ILUS $QIND $SAML $CGRA - More like Ringling Brothers every day!! Triple reverse mergers...DRCR reverse merger...how about old CGRA, WTF can we merge them with?? Maybe we can perform the circus trick of the Century and perform a QUINTUPLE reverse merger!!! It's the often imitated, never duplicated razzamatazz of the OTC. Merge all 5 SchitCo shells, add some bald eagle tears and a pound of unicorn meat, with a dash of fairy dust and VOILA! Nick and JP can rip you off ad nauseum ad infinitum.

$ILUS Everything swindlers Nick Link and JP Backwell said in press releases and filings in the past about ILUS, was either a lie or mysteriously failed to materialize. Now, after heavy dilution and absolutely no progress for over two years, they have a new fresh story about a dual reverse merger into NASDAQ companies and a SAML dividend. No details nor dates yet. Swindlers Nick and JP need to go big. They could announce a hyperbolic quadrangle reverse lateral merger into NASDAQ companies with four of the SAML sub-ScamCos, coupled with a triple dividend of ILUS's holdings of $QIND, $SAML and $DRCR. That would cause some fireworks and allow them to step up the rate of dilution.

$ILUS News out. "ILUS Moves Forward With Its Two Subsidiary Uplists and Equity Dividend" https://finance.yahoo.com/news/ilus-moves-forward-two-subsidiary-132340418.html I suppose Nick's pivot to telling shareholders that he's now going to uplist $QIND and $SAML through a reverse merger with two NASDAQ companies is as good as any admission that the QIND uplist by application to the NYSE is now fully dead. Keep in mind that QIND is literally a shell company and SAML has little actual value. Any reverse mergers, if completed, would have to be with NASDAQ companies where the business just went under. It sounds exciting, which I'm sure was the aim of swindlers Nick and JP, but even if completed it's not going to add value.

@AgInAustin Triangle reverse means a subsidiary containing the assets from a parent goes away into another comp. Seems like $SAML fits that description. Confused because they mentioned dividends. Shareholders typically get bought out at a fixed rate and paid cash or converted to another stock with rev triangle.

@AgInAustin @AgInAustin If they can just focus and get back to making sharks with fricken fire fighting nozzles on their heads we will be back in business. I am curious how the reverse triangular merger works here. Does $SAML go away? Does $ILUS go away? Normally a subsidiary disappears into another company. Whatever it is, something is final happening.
