$XBOTF I'm really not familiar with penny stock stuff, but here's a silly question: If they had done the $ONCO deal as a spin-off, like $XBOTF shareholders receiving two (for example) new shares of the new Nasdaq-listed company for each existing share... wouldn't that have been better so we could benefit more directly from the new subsidiary? 🤔

$XBOTF maybe we should not expect too much in the very near future… even if they have some good deals to announce they would probably wait until nasdaq listing to use the potential attention for major news?🤔🤷🏼‍♂️

$XBOTF was messing around with Grok today… Asked if when the merger is complete if it would be smarter to keep buying XBOTF on OTC or hypothetical new company/ticker. I know a bunch of people ask what is going to happen. We as XBOTF are staying on OTC while having indirect exposure to the Nasdaq and getting 75-90 percent of the stake. $XBOTF Because the volume was so out of the ordinary, I think the odds are good that it was mostly a single buyer or 2. Now if you’re going to put $60,000 - $120,000 into a penny tech stock on a day that the US is at war and the rest of the market is collapsing around you, you are either a fool or you know something.
