$USCUF interesting recent private placement news last week. Issue was upsized from $750K to $1.25MM. Also interesting was the pricing of the units compared to the placement about 5 months ago. Unit cost (1 share and 1 warrant) was $0.10 with the warrant share price set at $0.15, compared to $0.05 and $0.08, respectively, just 4 months ago. Yea, dilutive, but the higher pricing of current issue would more than offset I think. Someone/people see more value here than just 5 months ago. As always do your own analysis and diligence.

$USCUF anyone know anything about this? I bought speculatively some based on a recent SC ruling about a different mine (Resolution Copper Mine) in AZ that is on sacred Apache land Some mining company wants to develop it and it was cleared to keep the process moving forward despite the Apache tribe trying to block it. Bad for the Apache tribe. Suggests current administration is keen on developing more US natural resources. That is the bet here on USCUF. As always do your own diligence.
