$UMAV lmao. All you just complaining and crying. Why won’t people listen when others (who went through this for years) gives you advice and heads up, but then get pissed when it comes to fruition.

$UMAV The ceo has some balls. He stated in the press release that getting rid of the promissary notes would basically protect from dilution. Does he not know that we know he is diluting the shit out of it. Lying pos.

$UMAV So the CEO is going to risk 20-years or more of his venture on flooding the market with a billion shares when he’s at the final point of seeing it all come to life; just the pressure test remaining: Hurrying up clean up all his toxic, anticipating the whole process; Looking that way imo

$UMAV still has way more debt than they cleared, it’s all to give shareholders a false hope to buy more while they dump more shares heavy

$UMAV When a company keeps diluting, it’s like trying to fill a leaky bucket—you keep pouring in, but value keeps leaking out. Every new share weakens existing shareholders’ positions and makes it harder for the stock to climb. At some point, the best move is to stop the hemorrhaging. Don’t keep funding a model that bleeds shareholder value. Sit it out until they prove they can grow without constantly issuing shares. Just because the share price is lower doesn’t mean it’s a better deal. If a company keeps diluting and still isn’t generating real revenue, that cheap stock can keep getting cheaper. At some point, the CEO can’t keep bleeding the company just to stay afloat. Without a solid business model and actual income, dilution just delays the inevitable—and leaves shareholders holding the bag.

$UMAV Let’s be real—no government contract is going to wait around for a company to ‘get its act together.’ These contracts have deadlines, expectations, and real-world impact. If a company isn’t ready, the opportunity moves on. Agencies are looking for execution, not excuses. They want partners who are prepared, forward-thinking, and able to move fast. When a company drags its feet, it’s not just missing out—it’s getting left behind.

$UMAV In business deals an LOI or contracts have expiration dates, 30 to 90 days is common. Most LOIs are meant to be short-term — they show serious interest but are not usually designed to stay open indefinitely. Unless the LOI explicitly states it’s valid for a longer period, legal and business norms would treat it as lapsed.

$UMAV Fly the drone ship already. We're all waiting for progress to finally get those LOI converted to real contracts you say are worth 500k. It feels like I'm walking past homeless people and handing them cash for food and cigarettes.
