$UMAV This is on the precipice of a reverse split IMO. They've lost liquidity at these levels unless there is a miracle this week; in other words, they can no longer even dilute short of taking out the 0001 bid which I don't think the noteholders want to do. This week is really make or break for them, now 7th week since helium announcement. IF they do a small RS, they need to shut off the faucet and allow the pps to recover some but I won't hold my breath. Has anyone even heard from Lawson, he always ignores my emails which is NOT a surprise at this point.

$UMAV a good example was $HVCW and $PHIL Bobby and Henry lied constantly about deals. They were like it’s so close. We will use funding to pay off loans. But they never closed a deal. But they did dilute and lie

$UMAV simply amazing what could be accomplished here with a few million dollars. Surprised Lawson isn't sorting out financing situation. And the testing and analysis. The sp could catapult if he could demonstrate action on reducing os, placating note holders, and cutting back the as. And getting faa approval which could be close if he had $ sorted out.

$UMAV they won't. At best we will get some delay post at the end of the week or some sort of misdirection and no mention whatsoever. The helium crap was a lie. I think this ticker is probably on its last leg and Lawson is probably gearing up to wrap this up into an entirely new entity again to do it all over again. That's my extremely pessimistic take, but I think it's a justified viewpoint.
