Currently, if a company's stock falls below
$1, it has 180 days to regain compliance with the minimum price requirement.
How long do you have to be under
$1 before delisting?
If the closing bid price of a company's shares are below
$1.00 for 30 consecutive trading days, the company is considered to be in violation of Minimum Bid Price Requirement.
