If you have any questions, I can pass them along to him. Obviously, he cannot speak openly about certain key strategic issues due to regulatory constraints.

$TELIF rules of CSE require directors to register insider sales 5 days after the sale. As an exited board member he’ll still have these requirements for 10 days after announcing resignation so we’ll know if it’s this next weeks.
