$SYIN why will
$SYIN go over
$0.01? If you go back through the news, including the
$5MIL line of credit, they say that "as soon as possible" they need to uplist to OTCQB. Even recently they (aug 27th) on twitter they said, "We’re bring on a very qualified BoD to support our up-listing process."
So what are the requirements to uplist? From OTC Markets: "
$0.01 Minimum Closing Bid Price: For your application to be considered, the stock's closing bid price must be
$0.01 or higher on each of the 30 calendar days before you apply to uplist. -- Ongoing Requirement After Uplisting: Maintain a
$0.01 Bid Price: After successfully uplisting to OTCQB, the company must still ensure its bid price is
$0.01 on at least one day within a 30-day period to avoid being delisted."
