$STCGF Opened a new position here. Will look to build to 1,000 shares. Management seems solid and PE ratio and share structure look good. Like the idea of democratization of getting in pre IPO. Just wish it was on the NYSE and off the pinks. Excited for this one.

$STCGF bought 100 shares Wednesday on Fidelity & charged me $50 extra dollars for a commission fee for being a Canadian stock that’s listed on the pink sheets ! Wish they would uplist to the NASDAQ to get more exposure, the volume was only 300 shares on Thursday on us market ! Need more eyes on this sleeper . What a great portfolio of companies they are a part owners of !

$STCGF SpaceX plans to IPO at $2T or more. Huge win for Stack portfolio. It would be around 40% portfolio's weight at time of IPO. Some other funds with SpaceX exposure: $DXYZ $ARKVX $VCX $NASA

$DXYZ Damn! Just checked and it held up pretty good today, with VCX getting a haircut and the macro environment. I'll try to add more. Along with $STCGF. Seems like the best instruments to capture pre-IPO hype without a crazy premium to NAV.

$STCGF Raised $30,000,000 with new offering, lets hope Stack Capital can pick up a piece of Anduril and Anthropic at a fair price...with this last raise they will be sitting on $43-47,000,000, New share offering went out at $18.75 (w/ 1/4 of a warrant exercisable at $23). Oversubscribed

$STCGF Before March 5, Stack Capital had SpaceX as 16% of its portfolio (SpaceX was valued at $400B. Now they show it as 29.6% of its portfolio (SpaceX valued at $800B). So they updated SpaceX valuation (they update it only when they have quarterly results). They had results on March 5th: https://www.stackcapitalgroup.com/pr-mar-5-25-stack-q4-25-financials Book Value per Share (BVpS) = C$15.35, STCK.TO share price: C$19.08 (24% above book value). Compare that to Fundrise Innovation Fund's (VCX) valuation: 20 times their NAV. In the news we’re seeing possible SpaceX valuation at IPO of $2T. So it is likely Stack Capital will more than double (2.5x) SpaceX valuation again later this year (again, after doubling it in March - so quadrupled this year). If we assume SpaceX valuation goes to $2T, that would make SpaceX 51% of Stack Capital's portfolio ..

$STCGF Anyone else here holding the STCK.WT.A.TO or STCK.WT.B.TO ? Warrants for conversion to STACK.TO on the Canadian Exchanges. Both warrants are trading at intrinsic or lower, so they're in the money leveraged plays on stack. The A Warrants are good until October 2027, conversion price of $11, and the B Warrants convert at $17. All in CDN Funds... Looking at holding these instead of the stock.
