July added OTC ID..here is new lineup: OTCQX is the top OTC tier (“Best Market”): companies here must meet high disclosure standards (audited financials, governance requirements), so it’s more transparent and lower risk. OTCQB — The “Venture Market”: for earlier-stage or growth companies; they must report, meet a minimum bid price, and certify management, but the rules are looser than for OTCQX. Acquisition Stars OTCID (Basic Market) — New as of July 1, 2025: replaces the old “Pink Current” tier; companies must provide minimal ongoing disclosure and a management certification, but don’t need to qualify for OTCQX or OTCQB. Pink Limited / Expert Market — These are for the riskiest OTC securities: Pink Limited is for companies that provide little to no disclosure, and the Expert Market is highly restricted, with quote distribution limited to broker-dealers (not broadly available to regular retail investors).

$PBIO I am pretty sure that eventually PBIO stock will be trading to the pink sheet and then go back to the OTCQB. when you leave this expert market, which is a penalty box, you have to stop at the pink sheet first while you correct the audited financials.. late 2020. My blood work was sub par (red out of range) in every category..Started taking the healthy sprays myself late 2022 and in 2023 my blood work got better every six months for almost 4 years and in every category and improved as time went by not a statistical anomaly, but an impressive fact. ric Schumacher create the Fantastic tech platforms, but hasn’t monetized..if anybody needs confidence get me your email address or cell phone number and I will send you my lipid panel blood results.
