$ASM This barchart is a great example of a attractive screenshot that is very, very misleading. This list of mining stocks does not include many stocks that have done better than half of this list. $GGAZF, $NRRSF $SMOFF all did better.

$SMOFF These junior gold miners have been doing great as they get closer to either gold production and/or a PEA It seems that the cheapest stocks (and the smaller miners) have lagged the overall gold mining sector. Probably because of the higher risk associated with the smaller companies. But with a $3700 oz gold price and huge profits in the larger gold mining names, the gold mining bugs can rotate -- or at least take some of their significant profits off the table-- into the riskier plays with house money. Looked at it at $0.17 and procrastinated and now at $0.66. Been very happy with my one silver play. $GSVR. Silver is probably headed to over $50.

$NRRSF $NRRSF Wish I had bought more at $0.17 US. But I cannot complain. It looks like shareholders are not flipping out of this one even after such a great move. Buying for the long term.
