$MMEX i can also see this as potentially a good thing even if it did increase the float. The 8k says that shares were issued to "align the interests of the consultants with those of our shareholders". That in essence, means that the company is putting their consultants in the same basket at regular shareholders. So it's in their best interest to increase shareholder value because it will also benefit them. Secondly, if they are issuing that many shares at this point, then it wouldn't make any logical sense to do a reverse split. Chime in if y'all see anything else, or read it another way
