$SURG OK i was told from someone who knows SURG well that it's probably a zero because they don't make enough money to service all of their businesses. Also, they don't own the Lifeline license, they rent it from Terracom. Compare that to $KTEL, who owns their Lifeline License. Probably better to invest in KTEL if you want to invest in the program.
