$FPHOY $FRSPF $PHOS.CSE LOI for $275 M from the export and investment fund of Denmark for the Bégin-Lamarche mine. LOI from Italian export credit agency for the phosphoric acid plant. Offtake agreements for 200,000 tonnes per annum of phosphate concentrate from the mine and for 60,000 tonnes per annum of phosphoric acid from the plant. We don’t own enough shares.
