$PALT On 12-10-2024 Paltalk submitted Bill of Cost to the Court. I assume once Cisco's motion for retrial is denied. Both parties will agreed to finalized the awarded settlement. Bill of Cost will be added to the $65 million awarded to Paltalk. https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/60078315/234/paltalk-holdings-inc-v-webex-communications-inc/

$PALT Filed by Cisco on 11-12-2024 per court listener.com. It seems Cisco has most likely agreed to pay the $65 million awarded to Paltalk by the jury if the motion to appeal is denied. Paltalk just wants to add the prejudgement interests (which Cisco doesn't want to pay the prejudgement interests) on top of the $65 million awarded to Paltalk by the jury. Fingers crossed but I would be happy with the $65 million win even if we don't get the prejudgement interests. After trial expenses. Paltalk's cash will increase close to 3x its current cash on hand. PALT share price should be around $5-6

$PRKR buyer beware. $PALT had the same hype of winning a massive lawsuit against $CSCO in Aug. The small company won. Yet, market cap is still 1/4 of the damages awarded to the company. In fact, share price crashed on day of victory in the court. Reason? Company opted not to issue a dividend to reward shareholders. Want proof? Here you go: https://finance.yahoo.com/news/paltalk-holdings-inc-awarded-65-100000766.html. Check share price on next trading day. Sell rating.

once the jury has ruled, each party should be aware that the judge is interested in being able to write a clean final judgement. Everything should be cleared off the table so that an appeal does not result in the actual judgement being dismantled on appeal and the determination of damages is not reopened. palt also has an interest in receiving the payment quickly https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.txwd.1141573/gov.uscourts.txwd.1141573.231.0.pdf

$PALT Looking at their operations, they have spent nearly 50% of their revenue on "R&D", that's like 5M a year, is there anything to show? I think shareholders should demand the breakdown of the R&D expenditure Does anyone know what the Net Income of the NTS division ( to be acquired) is. With wasteful/shady R&D expenses, doubt if they will ever be cash flow positive, even with 3X revenues projected with the acquisition.

$NEON Redeye, a Swedish financial firm, has raised its fair value estimate for Neonode to $37 per share, citing the potential settlements as a game-changer. “The recent reversal of a district court’s ruling in favor of Neonode significantly improves their chances against both Samsung and Apple,” Redeye analyst Jesper Von Koch noted. The lawsuit, which also involves Google, could see resolutions by mid-2025. Industry analysts believe that Neonode has an 85% chance of reaching a settlement with Samsung, which could amount to $31 per share for Neonode. The case against Apple, however, is expected to be more challenging, with a lower probability of success due to the case being held in California, a jurisdiction known to favor large tech firms. Despite these challenges, a win against Apple could yield up to $121 per share. GO $NLST GO $ABUS GO $PALT GO $NEON Patiently accumulating.

$PALT They won the patent infringement case against Cisco. So far no apparent appeal from Cisco. One can only assume at least $20million from the settlement plus any additional interest will be flowing in. Price should be heading back up.

$PALT is extremely excited upon closing acquisition+enter cloud infrastructure +cybersecurity sectors. Ample cash balance $12.1 million/Sept.30. Jury district court Western District Texas awarded Paltalk $65.7 million, verdict vs. Cisco Systems for infringing. Maybe receive no more than 1/3 of gross proceeds in connection with award subject to post-trial proceedings, incl. any potential appellate proceedings by Cisco. For 3 months ended Sept.30, 2024: Revenue decreased by 23.4% to $2.1 million($2.8 million for the 3 months ended Sept.30,2023. Decrease in subscription revenue of 23.9%. Loss from operations increased by 333%, or $1.3 million, to a loss of $$1.7 million, compared to a loss of $0.4 million Sept.30,2023. Was attributed to decrease in revenue as well in professional fees of $0.8 million in connection with the Acquisition Agreement and the Divestiture. No long-term debt on our balance sheet at Sept. 30, 2024. Oct. 8,started time for filing any post-trial motions or appeal re Cisco.
