$NLST yeah, just to let those who don’t understand. PTAB doesn’t matter anymore since Chevron was overturned. There’s a reason why Gilstrap went on a mini rant anytime someone brought up PTAB after it was overturned. Per the US Constitution, Judges have the authority to decide what is and what is not. Not the Alphabet Agencies.

$NLST happy to see all the activity on this page the past couple of days. :) I've spent so many hours over the past couple of years pouring over this page. I hope 2025 can shape up to be a good year. If the share price is below $3 in 2025, I look at that as disappointing.

$NLST Netlist decision against google that 3 out of 3 judges ruled for netlist and said it is binding si not mich the ptab can do about this now. Sammy and micky could not save them, netty got micron sanmy for almost a billion for less then three years of infringement. Google infringement can go back as far as 2009, you do the math! The possibilities are endless, I am not saying they will get it but I am saying the potential is pretty significant.

$NLST ptab main job is to invalidate patents. The only person allowed to issue an ipr is the challenger, the owner is barted feom issuing an ipr. The incentive to invalidate is more then validating and 50% of their funding is made by invaladated iprs. They will not raise the fees because they may get less files for iprs which would shut down ptab. Big tech van afford a few hundred grand and steal millions and even billions from patent owner. If the apj validates and won't change their mind the director kicks them off and adds an apj that will invalidate. They have no code of conduct so anyone who worked for the big tech suing is not excluded from the proceedings therefore no conflict of interest is seen here by the ptab. For anyone not knowing how ptab works...

Hong will probably be asked to testify what he had to go through with the past ptab administration esp the decisions of kathy vidal and her shill judges. Hong vs the ptab in picking the next head of the ptab... google has to be very concerned about their plants over the ptab about to be found out. sit back and watch the settlements of all settlements happen for stealing the 912 and then useing our judical system to protect the theft. this is getting interesting.
