$PRKR best to ignore the patent troll. He’s at it again. To be clear, no clown, it is hardly a sure thing that the judge will screw Prkr cuz he hates this case. The appeals court was clear. The judge needs to determine whether the claims in this case have the same GENERATING LIMITATION as first case. The generating limitation based on the first case ruled that the baseband signal was created at or after the capacitor. (Even though not the case) The facts of this case are quite different and the appeals court goes to great length to highlight those differences. And the 907 and 940 patents of this case refer to baseband signals being created by a switch before the capacitor The language of the claims here are very different (and more specific) from first case And appeals court is watching. “Fact finding w claim construction is for trial court to perform SUBJECT TO APPEALS COURT REVIEW FOR CLEAR ERROR” A clear warning to judge not to F around So crawl back into your hole Troll

$PRKR The patents only mean what the judge decides they mean in the Markman hearing and ruling. QCOM will look for a meaning that enables them to argue that they do not infringe. PRKR will argue for a meaning that can win at trial. This judge has already used what I consider very questionable rulings to junk your case. He is looking to sink this patent troll PRKR in any way he can. I would recommend selling before his ruling finishes your case for good. IMO my friends.

$PRKR The judge who hates your case will get rid of you with his Markman Ruling. He will accept QCOMs definition of what you patent covers. Those definitions will enable QCOM to say they do not infringe and they will request a summary judgement of non infringement and get it. You case will be appealed and the appeals court will leave it alone. The appeals court told this jusge in their recent ruling that if only he had donw a Markman hearing and ruling they would have ruled in QCOMs favor and not send the case back. You are finished my friends. I have seen this happen to other patent trolls and I am trying to warn you. IMO.

$PRKR I say QCOM should be buying shares right now and accumulating less then the maximum for reporting ownership (might be around 5%) to hedge their bet. If trial isn't going well then put an offer on the table. Shares that QCOM owns will cover part of the buyout. You never know how it all could unfold and do agree its still a long shot even though it sure appears that PRKR has the goods on QCOM. Unfortunately, that doesn't guarantee anything with the verdict or ultimate settlement. I'm giving PRKR a 25% chance of succeeding because the judicial system (as we already know with this suit) can go many different ways in these types of verdicts.

The jurors will likely see things the same way But claims that the judge will do everything to sink prkrs chances. He doesn’t even allow for the judge eating some crow after being bitch slapped by the appeals court Needless to say that is incredibly stupid and biased. Could the judge be a dick again? Sure. But to repeatedly claim it’s in the bag for qcom is just plain dumb and arrogant. And appeals court is watching I believe the judge will realize he blew it and see to it that there is a fair trial. $PRKR Sal is quite a bit crazy! I figure he is a "stuck holder" from back in the day when PRKR sold for dollars a share (WAY beck in the day lol). He somehow thinks those days will return. The days of patent trolls getting big pay days is over. The politicians are owned by big tech and they only appoint judges that also believe that patent trolls harm innovation. The current judge pulled out all the stops to send PRKR packing BUT guess what there are many more ways to do it left to play. Basically you will lose the Markman hearing ruling that defines the patents scope. Under the terms of the Markman ruling QCOM will not have infringed PRKRs patents at all! Then QCOM will file for a summary judgement of non-infringement and get it. PRKR will appeal and the appeals court will not take up the appeal. The appeals court even said that if only this judge had already done a Markman hearing then they would not have over turned the last appeal! The judge now knows what he has to do imo
