$LMDX Single assay platforms are typically sold for 3B. Alere was a 5B deal that was just diabetes before upgrades from $ABT how much is a multi assay platform going to sell for? Alot more than 5B considering Alere is integrated with Lumiradx along with Medisense & Katalyst diagnostics. $rhhby had to pull the manipulation tactics out to afford paying RonZ 's asking price. Talk about multi assays for people our little .0005 ticker may net us shares in $ZTS if they have any interest in the pet variation too. There's no telling what Roche & Lumiradx are doing for us. I highly doubt we are getting screwed though. Roche has surpassed $NSRGY recently as the highest valued Swiss company so to say that they aren't cooking anything up for us Lumiradx shareholders is delusional.

$NSRGY Nestle board approves changes to company's organization The Nestle Board of Directors has approved changes to the company's organization, effective as of January 1, 2025. As a result, Nestle is also announcing changes to its Executive Board. Zone Latin America and Zone North America will merge to form Zone Americas, which will be led by Steve Presley. He will relocate to Nestle's headquarters in Vevey, Switzerland. Zone Greater China Region will become part of Zone Asia, Oceania and Africa, under the leadership of Remy Ejel. David Zhang will step down from the Executive Board and will remain Chairman and CEO of the Greater China Region. Zone Europe will continue to be led by Guillaume Le Cunff and remains unchanged.

$NSRGY Nestle sees FY24 underlying EPS growth in constant currency 'broadly flat' The company said, "Full-year 2024 outlook updated: Given the consumer environment and further actions to reduce customer inventories in the fourth quarter, full-year guidance has been updated. Organic sales growth is now expected to be around 2%, in line with the first nine months. Underlying trading operating profit margin is expected to be at around 17.0%. Underlying earnings per share growth in constant currency is expected to be broadly flat."

$NSRGY When you look at what happened to $NKE bringing in a former high level executive it reminds you to not try to reinvent the wheel. Sometimes these corporate boards think the flashy CEO or hot name is the way to go, but what good is that if they don't understand the intricacies of the business and people they are running? I like that Nestle always keeps it in house and I think more companies should do that.
