$OXLC So this morning PM I dumped all my $ZIM @28.30 before ER came out (feeling better about it now ;) ) I will revisit it after the shorts take it back down to 20... rebought all the $OXLC shares I sold between 5.39-5.44 @5.22 yes it might be a little early? but I locked a double div drop... Now what to do with all that Cash?? Double down on $STNE (again) down 20+% since handily beating earnings consensus?? Maybe buy more $HGLB trading at a 37% discount to NAV and paying 13% with a divy bump coming in January.... Definitely going to hold some cash for all the deals that show during Christmas.... Thinking maybe it's time for a Cocktail while I ponder ;)

@MichaelJk Some $HGLB. I was over-bought share wise by about 33%. I had a few other positions I was over-bought on as well. So took the opportunity to pull back some cash for other things. Trying to stick to my strategy parameter limits. All good.

$OXLC Busy busy busy day. Bought a little EIC, ITOT, RSPT, DGRO, and $CLM to top off a few positions. Bought and sold some $ECC shares (exchanged some higher priced for some lower priced shares) and sold off some $AGNC and a little $HGLB. I'm exhausted! ššš„šµšµšµšµšµš

heathens, listen up! this here's a pretty good indicator of whether the DRIP is DISCOUNTED, OR NOT! If a CEF is trading at a discount to NAV, chances are fairly good they're NOT gonna ALSO discount the DRIP, ya knobheads! Go make your own portfolio and keep an eye on it! https://www.cefconnect.com/closed-end-funds-portfolio No discount for $BCAT $DHY $ECAT $HGLB $JQC JRI RQI

$OXLC Interesting... 1-Yr, 2-Yr and 5-Yr comparisons of ROI for selected tickers comparing DRIP dividend ("With RI" col.) vs CASH dividend ("Without" col.) as well as overall ROI's between tickers. Caveat: ROI's for DRIP are based on the CASH dividend value divided by actual market share price (not the discounted price we all love) to determine share count reinvested. So, the best apples-to-apples comparison here would be the ROI "Without" column. Interesting too that $EIC $CLM and $HGLB are at the bottom of the 1-Yr and 2-Yr and HGLB really coming out the turd-sickle. The Ox and the Eagle pretty much run in the middle of the pack. Enjoy! ššš„ You can do your own comparisons at the following web site: https://www.dividendchannel.com/drip-returns-calculator/

$OXLC Another busy day trading in and out of Ox (to capture more divvi) and $ECC shares (divvi already earned). Added more shares to $HGLB (@ $7.715) to rebuild that position (ex-div 09/23) after selling off for 3-month equiv. divvi gain. ššš„ All šµšµšµšµšµšš!

@BigYellowCat Sorry! Doesn't beat "Run Spot Run" which is priceless. Again, just an observation. Although, in other news, I might suggest you taking a look at $HGLB and/or $AGNC on their dips today. Both high yielding monthly payers. GL

@Traderfritz @antifapat Reloaded some $HGLB shares today. Sold out (flipped) at $7.83 Monday. Bought back 1/3 of those shares today at $7.69 after having banked 3-months equivalent divvis. Currently trading at a 33.2% discount to NAV ($11.50) with a 12.6% yield. Pays monthly to boot! š„š„šµš

@printcomm Also like $HGLB but it's been pouty of late. Currently trades at a 35% discount to NAV and paying a 13.2% yield (monthly payer), NAV = $11.33, SP currently $7.39. Low Market Cap though and lightly traded. Don't expect to flip it on a consistent basis though. The best thing with this one is the 35% discount to NAV. I see that as downside protection and who knows, maybe a special divvi at some point. š¤·āāļø They also recalculate their divvi at year-end for the following year. Currently pays $0.081 /sh. https://www.nexpointassetmgmt.com/global-allocation-fund/
