@LVStrader if you look at the most correlated stock for $EIC, $CCIF and $OXLC on cefdata.com, it's $ECC so they're all a little universe in a way where things are not that different. In other words, I don't see these four diverging too much for now.

@cominguproses @PennyWeasel I am assuming that was meant for PW as my first sell order for my trading $ECC in my regular brokerage account where I don't really want fully taxable income is at 9.12 not likely today of course but as we wend our way to the ex date a faint possibility:)

$ECC Needs to fall to 8.20 before it yields the same as $OXLC (in January) Both own and invest in the same things, 1 fully covers their Div with earning and the other does Not... admittedly I do own a cpl shares of the Crappy 1 just to keep it on my radar , but I invest my money in the far better of the 2 being OXLC

ok...$1k moved into the market from mutual funds into... 15 $ECC 25 Ecc pref D 60 $oxlc 15 $CCIF now over $50,615 expected annual dividends. i will need to take one of my large dividends from $arr or ecc to payoff new TV. may sell another $500 of mutuals if today is strong

Now talking about 10 year treasury: Market is a dynamic machine, yesterday the treasury was down, today it was very little up, and it’s trading again down today, arse I posted charts. So understand you, dumbass market changes, not just day by day but hour by hour, because it’s a very dynamic machine. Countless time it happens when analyst upgrades the stock it goes up and the next day the stock goes down. Treasury is steady. If you can understand basic charts, again I never disrespected you before, but stop bullshitting to people and yourself. I hope somebody shares this basic knowledge and my message to this fool😁☕️🤷♂️😊

$OXLC Busy busy busy day. Bought a little EIC, ITOT, RSPT, DGRO, and $CLM to top off a few positions. Bought and sold some $ECC shares (exchanged some higher priced for some lower priced shares) and sold off some $AGNC and a little $HGLB. I'm exhausted! 🍀🍀🥃💵💵💵💵💵🐄

S&G PM $8.95 Buy on $ECC hit. Think'n NOT the thing to have done. Oh well, a very small buy so no worries there. $5.20 GTC canceled for the Ox (for now). After ECC divvi cut and IF I can't flip it, a 18.8% yielding lot.

$OXLC Normal ZZZZZZ $ECC buying again below 9 at this price the yield is similar to the yield on the old div before they cut the special and now they have to pay out 13% less seems like a plan to me Just filled for a sale at 7.28 $OCCI I'd rather take the cap gain than the taxable income YYMMV :)

@goofyfoot Consider that $ECC paid special dividends in 2021 and twice in 2022 each fairly generous before they opted to add the .02 special monthly soon after. Perhaps they may go back to paying some special at EOY…we don’t know but fact states they aren’t shy of being kind with paying out to shareholders.
