$PDI Prince has zero clue where to reinvest his dividend's at the moment he is green in every single one and does not average up. What a 1st world problem to have. Better then eating your own cacca because you live in some 3rd world dump.

@PolishPrince23 Thanks Prince! I got in at 18.88 on Friday just based on seeing your comment. I was looking for a good income stock that was low to add to my monthlies. $PDI is one of the better ones. You're smarter than people give you credit for.

$PDI this drop feels like it's more than just rebalancing based off of recent fed commentary

User Image goofyfoot Posted - 6 days ago

$PDI Rounded up a position with 66 more shares at $18.80. Should have waited a little longer, but I’ll survive.

User Image Dragon_Trader_65 Posted - 10/29/24

@LVStrader @Delarosa1 I like DRIP purchases for one reason really. The long-term compounding of the yields I receive from the additional shares picked up at the DRIP reinvestment. I absolutely love $CRF, $CLM, $GOF & $PDI as classic examples and can't ever imagine selling them. In fact, when I set up an educational savings account for one of my grandkids, these were the first 4 I added. Two of them are equity funds and two are bond funds. Best of both worlds

User Image Delarosa1 Posted - 10/28/24

@Dragon_Trader_64 @LVStrader hello sorry for the late response trading never stops in my world. It’s a nice list of high yields. However, I would diversify this selection by having at least one income etf by industry and not overlap. I have been long on bond funds for the last 3 years with an avg yield of 16-22% such as $PDI $GOF $CCD and $TLTW. I also have aggressive yield max funds with higher yields that vary with 2 that correlate with bitcoin performance (CONY and YBTC) and the rest are tied to indexes that provide weekly dividend distributions (IWMY and XDTE). I do have the yield max funds (TSLY and ULTY) which in all honestly have under appreciated for a long time. I managed to just stay with YMAX at a weekly distribution to contain all those funds tied to one and minimizes the need for me to rebalance if you will each yield max fund. ECC is also a safe and steady investment however I consider it more of a junk bond.

$PDI Based on bond markets and treasury yields, it seems like theres a chance Fed may stall or even potentially raise post-election in a Trump-win situation (getting increasingly likely) which will spur more growth (i.e higher inflation) as opposed to a Harris-win situation. Wonder how much longer $PDI can continue paying out these dividends if thats the case. Thoughts anyone?
