3. Still like ceo owning 50% of Jfin shares, yet $yrd has 75-80% ceo ownership 4. Cash always was the shine of $yrd vs $jfin. YRD has 800mn$ in cash no debt, vs 370mn$ mkt cap. 2x more cash 5. Rereading dividend disclosure is important. As they stated "it depends on financial conditions/ net profit they make which is unfortunate, as it might be lower than 0.4$ declared in january of 2024.

$JFIN here to discuss and want to hear anyones thoughts (especially contrary ones) afterwards in comments. I like jfin it is still a ok stock, but 1. They might pay a lower dividend from what I saw in dividend talk. 2. competitor $YRD is 1.7 p/e 1.5 p/e forward vs 2 p/e JFIN trades (i like 2 p/e but) YRD did not show net profit loss of -20% q4 2023 vs q4 2022 !! Growth in $YRD is budgeted for 28-40% in revenue growth with margins staying the same in 2024, this is the guidance !! $JFIN has 7% growth exepcted from loan faciliation revenue growing from 88bn RMB by 7% and the other 20bn RMB growing to 22bn. so average is 6-7% growth roughly vs YRD 28-40% growth.

$YRD hilarious the crybaby's on the call. Stock is up huge. Then two guys saying ning tang wasn't there I was like what this is ning tang they're talking to, lmao, then he said this is ning tang lmao. I still think the buyback is better first, then the div. U buy half the shares u can then offer double the div for same costs. Extreme example but shows the idea. Then the issue is why do they care so much about the folks who have not invested. Just take care of the investors u have. They are buying almost as much stock as they can, they just need to buy a little more. Wth is a 5 percent div mean when stock is up about 500 percent off the lows and growing.. too much cash they have yes, but the manager is competent. Market has it wrong. Stock will rip. Said this at 2 bucks and it's still true now
