@bond177 Mish earned over $7M for his $XXII CEO tenure, wow. If he had played his cards right, he would be worth +$100M. But now he has like $20k worth of stock, lol. Consolation prize is knowing that Mish is retiring on a big failure with almost nothing to show for his time at XXII. I'd be very surprised if he gets hired by any company next, other than 7-Eleven or McD's.

$XXII As you might have noticed the company can announce whatever it wants, as long as it is not an announcement about the immediate stop of them collaborating with fraudulent short seller Moez Kassam and Anson Funds PLUS a reasonable plan on how to undo the damage caused through this abusive relationship and how they are going to prevent these fraudsters from manipulating the company with their by now 50%+ ownership in form of next to free warrants for the next years to come - its meaningless and deems the company uninvestable. They are still in full denial mode about this as evidenced by their inability to respond to any questions about it.
