$XLV has been consolidating the last few years though a consistent long term performer with a lot less volatility in downturns. It is getting overbought currently, here's the chart: https://schrts.co/vAENDXvV , the last really good buying opportunities for my standards were this past April and November 2023 before that. Otherwise, cost averaging is fine. Allocation % is a big part of things for me as well. I've owned a health sciences fund with TRowe price for many years that has been very good to me.
