Can't help but think how many $MSFT Nuance Shorty's are getting squeezed on the $GOOG + $HCA + $AUGX GenAi Ambient Medical Documentation solution that will hyper scaled. Here's a fun fact last year Nuance had 9,056 employees and today they have 5,881 a 35% decrease in workforce in a market that is about to go parabolic. My take on it is that when they bought Nuance they thought they had more runway to execute their strategy but then the Gemini MedLM Thunder Cloud rolled in an rained on their OpenAi because fundamentally the architecture of it doesn't work well in healthcare and is flawed. This is why Augmedix is now optimizing their note and documentation creation using multiple LLM's including their own proprietary ones created from 10,000,000 encounters over the past 10 years. With Augmedix management consistently delivering results it feels like the $60-$62 million forecast will come in more like $65 million which would bring in the break even target to mid-year 2025.
