$STM STMicroelectronics announces long-term targets at Capital Markets Day STMicroelectronics is hosting its Capital Markets Day in Paris, France. Within the framework of an unchanged strategy, ST is reiterating its $20B plus revenue ambition and associated financial model, that it now expects to be reached by 2030. ST is also setting an intermediate financial model with revenues expected around $18B with an operating margin within a 22% to 24% range in 2027-2028. With the execution of its manufacturing reshaping program and cost base resizing initiative, ST expects to exit 2027 with high triple-digit million-dollar savings compared to the current cost base. This will enable the company to reach an operating margin between 22 and 24% in 2027-2028.

$ATOM $STM at the STM Conference call it was represented. They would be able to reduce cost of goods by almost $1 billion into 2027. The stock hasn't moved a penny since that announcement. in fact, it has dropped from 26.68 to 24.50. I assumed November 20 would possibly be a good opportunity to provide more details about their move to 300 MM wafers and the MST technology responsible for this breakthrough cross reduction

$ATOM unfortunately I have to disagree with everyone on an announcement from $STM on 11/20. I can see laying out the plan to find synchronies within ST for a turn around on lower revenue and adjusting to a market changes etc... But what I don’t see is the necessity to announce the use of MST in their products , as with anything else I’m sure it will be defined as enhancing manufacturing processes and revenue through some word salad about technology, partnerships. Probably more likely to hear some 6S BS than MST. I hate to be the pessimist, but the only thing I’m looking forward to is the 2 distribution license that could come any day, one from STM and the other, who knows. On the bright side, I do believe our time is very close. And what I look forward to is an opportunity in DRAM, RFSOI, hopefully some great data out of Sandia Labs, and some kind of CHIPS Act funding. If they do announce Atomera MST-SPX, well, cheers to us 🍻 🥂

$STM $ENGIY STMicroelectronics enters 21-year PPA with Engie SA entity and Conextone Energy STMicroelectronics (STM) announced a 21-year power purchase agreement, or PPA, with BKH Solar Sdn Bhd, an entity jointly established by Engie Renewable (ENGIY) and Conextone Energy. The agreement will facilitate the supply of approximately 50 GWh of renewable energy annually from a new solar farm in Bukit Kayu Hitam, Kedah, Malaysia. This long-term agreement is undertaken under the Corporate Green Power Program introduced by the Malaysian Single Buyer in 2023.

$ATOM $STM let's not forget the "transformative" event with a major player being negotiated now and hopefully closing in a couple of months. I assume Scott is being very conservative with this estimate. Sandia's public promise to provide results "quickly" should be taken at face value. they certainly have the talent and every state of the art piece of equipment to evaluate.
