$ATOM On the Q2 earnings call it was not great that that we didn't get anything related to specific timing on ST going to P6 production. Recall that in Q1 we heard that things were "on track" which anyone paying attention knows that he was referring to April 2025. Now before getting carried away that this is going to bleed out into years and years down the road, Bibaud did say the following near the end of his prepared statements ... "Our ST engagement is progressing nicely and should form the base of our revenue starting next year and each of the other segments I've outlined can grow on top of that base." We know that ST is listening to all this and so things are still looking decent I'd say if not "on track" to April 2025.

$ATOM I think STM deal likely pushed further out to future generations of smart power, 2026 or 2027, if there is one

User Image Bb10 Posted - 8 hours ago

$ATOM worse than I expected. Watch the STM innovation event presentation back in June. They have moved forward with next generation Smart Power BCD with a new architecture. Notice they managed to bring down specific Ron by 40-50% Cody Acree from Benchmark have not been attending the earnings calls recently. Did he already knew

$ATOM All the investor knows is that ATOM should have STM ready for production by the end of this year. What the investor does not know is whether this program is on-track, ahead or behind schedule. The investor does not know whether this is a priority for STM, or if STM will pull the production trigger on time, delay or do something else. The investor does not know whether other prospects are serious or just playing. Worst case scenario, ATOM dilutes 20% of the stock to raise another year's life. Not owning the stock when a major event happens will make it unlikely one will be able to enter at these prices. Its a dilemma. One either believes that they can get it done, or one doesn't. Its binary.

$ATOM If Infineon were in control of the patent protected IP which has enabled them to solve the problems associated with 300mm GaN on Si wafer warping, they’d be able to provide more information on the breakthrough. Atomera is in control of such a technology and while they are prevented from directly discussing partners progress with the technology, they can and have told us how it works. “Atomera’s MST film can relax or de-strain the interface between two different crystal latices, and we’ve been filing a number of patents over the years related to this effect... A material which can significantly improve the quality of GaN wafers and potentially enable them to be manufactured at a larger size is a game changer that the industry is currently seeking.” Chances are this “game changing” innovation that Atomera and Infineon CEOs are touting relies on the same material innovation.

$ATOM what am I missing? The STM news was on April 26th, 2023. In this PR Scott said 12-18 months to be in production. 18 months is October/Novemeber 2024 which is months away. If everything is on schedule then news should be coming out any week now. I know some keep mentioning early next year but forgot what they based this on. Scott where the heck is the 2 million plus milestone payment ?

$ATOM Please stop trying to connect the dots. It has been a fruitless exercise for years now. It's put up, or shut up for Scott by year end. That's the long and short of it.

$ATOM Scott Bibaud I recently had the opportunity to speak with Bryon Moyer of Semiconductor Engineering about how innovations in materials advance hashtag#semiconductor performance, scaling, power and cost efficiency. It was a good discussion on how Atomera leverages an element we all take for granted to enhance the complex process of semiconductor manufacturing. Using partial monolayers of oxygen in strategic parts of a transistor can lower its variability, improve its resistance and power handling capability and even help manage the stress caused by crystal lattice and thermal expansion mismatches between different materials. Long story short, oxygen helps us improve device reliability and develop efficient and cost effective semiconductors. Its also pretty good at helping us breathe. https://bit.ly/3XwjCOX

$ATOM this is the BEST option and I’ve heard this could be very possible if all/most retail votes for change. This is ridiculous, there needs to be some accountability from management and board. Enough is enough at some point. Major changes need to be made. Next annual meeting should get VERY interesting. It’s about time shareholders make them pay for a change!

User Image Homepayment Posted - 2 days ago

$ATOM Can we get some August 2025 options already, or this thing going to delist before then?

User Image Bb10 Posted - 2 days ago

$ATOM With this kind of spec no way they can clinch a deal. The whitepaper is just bluffing the investors. The last time I post this here in June it fired up Scotty's LinkedIn posts. Wait for it, maybe twice the charm

User Image ALLinCLEVELAND Posted - 2 days ago

$ATOM we NEED deals and production news Scott, not more LinkedIn posts!!! 😡

$ATOM I mean seriously Scotty, how long does it really take? It’s been about 17 months since $STM news, when will we see the domino effect that you promised us?? 🤦‍♂️

$ATOM Down 3.5% midday on a whopping 39K shares...😒 I know I've harped on this before, yet I still find it very strange that it's been almost a year (January 16th) since we've taken part in any conferences or other "show-your-stuff" promotional venues other than the "Investor Presentation" they did in March. I've also not heard or seen anything about any upcoming conference dates or investor presentations either. I see it one of two ways. They consider it pointless at this juncture because of a lack of significant engineering or science advancement, or, they feel they are on the cusp of finally breaking out. We're not dealing with just ONE possible business deal. They are potentially several (according to Scott et al). The lack of shareholder updates, to me, is astounding...

$ATOM so much cutting edge technology slated for commercialization in the next few years. One can only wonder how many are poised to take advantage of MST. GaN is the hot topic at the moment but the initial promises of tight doping control are still on my mind as a crucial benefit MST can provide. Lams Cryo 3.0 for 1000 layer Nand comes to mind.
