About Atomera Incorporated

Atomera Incorporated engages in the developing, commercializing, and licensing proprietary processes and technologies for the semiconductor industry in North America and the Asia Pacific. The company's lead technology is the Mears Silicon Technology, a thin film of reengineered silicon that can be applied as a transistor channel enhancement to CMOS-type transistors. Its customers include foundries, integrated device manufacturers, fabless semiconductor manufacturers, original equipment manufacturers, and electronic design automation companies. The company was formerly known as Mears Technologies, Inc. and changed its name to Atomera Incorporated in January 2016. Atomera Incorporated was founded in 2001 and is headquartered in Los Gatos, California.

$ATOM Looking to add a position here but don't know much about it to be honest... Looks like they've already beaten estimated revenue for 2024, even so why is Q4 estimate 5x their original estimate? What makes 2025 estimates increase that much? And why are the quarterly estimates all over the place from 100K in Q1 to 1.5MM in Q2?

$ATOM. IMO we are close, very close to our first of many big announcements that will set us up to being a household name. At some point someone will just buy us out cause it makes the most sense but hopefully not before reaching a few billion in market cap, which is peanuts for a growing chip, tech company. The fireworks will start before years end and expecting 2025 and beyond to be what we’ve all been waiting on. The time has finally arrived.

$ATOM , ST is making Agrate 300mm interoperable with Croles 300mm and vise versa. They call them the Twin Fabs. This suggests that mst will be installed there as well. It's really a certainty if they are twins.

$ATOM the very smart Susquehanna sold their calls the 14th and as I suspected bought some puts and dumped almost half their shares I wouldn’t be surprised if it’s a coordinated effort to push this down. I hope they get burnt on their 30m shares of SMCI.
