$SDRC with all the big news pending (3rd expansion LOI period ending, first sales of dore bars and concentrates, first dividend announcement of 0.04$ or more, laser updates on progress, uplisting/SEC reporting progress), it's possible to result in a move into multi dollars! A re-categorization from "highly speculative" to "value & growth investment". Mr. market will recognize value at some point. And as long as we have CEO Sean leading the team, I have a 100% trust that they will write history and be a big boy company soon, if not bought out with incredible roi.

$SDRC Dunno where to start. It's a 50 year old paper. The assays are what they are until proven otherwise. The company is piloting out new technology all the time which could change how gold and PGMs are extracted. It's not as if we don't have (literal) tons of stockpile laden w gold just laying around and that's what's paying the bills, PGMs are an added bonus and worth going after as that market is in a supply deficit.

$SDRC Election day changes are gonna be good for mining. Not just operating due to a softer EPA & MSHA, but particularly capital investment & expansion. It's been near impossible to get anything done in most states due to permitting (ie red tape). Two truths are - it can't get much worse, and the govt taking an "american-made" once again will absolutely make it better. Best of luck everyone and happy blasting.

$SDRC Mike Irish, the registered and accredited metallurgist, otherwise smartest guy in the room, has disappeared from management, his company no longer listed as a subsidiary, and his 9 million shares have been returned to the company. This paints a dark picture, now with every qualified person with registrations who was supposed to report, or has been even remotely positioned to weigh in, on $SDRC's recent surprise metallurgical challenges, have been replaced with people that have no registrations or reputations to lose by doing so. Shareholders have desperately needed reputable and reliable expertise to report on Sidney's recent discovery and change in direction but the company has obstructed every avenue for this kind of exchange to take place. What revelations did Mike Irish make in the recent past that made him not want anything to do with SDRC?

$SDRC Per last quarterly filing, private share issuances have ceased in the common class of shares, but have begun to grow the preferred class of shares. The terms of this previously unused class remain ambiguously defined in filings, while specific details (such as dividend, voting, conversion, and liquidation rights) remain non-public. Recently, the cult following has advertised a cancellation in common unrestricted shares, but have failed to mention the above. They shamelessly & misleadingly assert that SDRC's SS is deflating when in fact the company continues to dilute, now outside the view of the OTC Updates bots and OTCMarkets Securities Details page for this ticker. In a short amount of time, SDRC has gone from one of the admirably most transparent equity structures to one of the most opaque. As a reference, most preferred shares we have seen in OTC stocks, exist with conversion rights in the 1000's of common per 1 preferred share (but at least those terms are publicly disclosed!)

$SDRC @SUNNYLAND Do you remember $BRYYF and all the support you gave it? Is this another one of the âsuccessfulâ companies you support like you did with Amani Gold? I imagine you know that they are robbing all the shareholders who still have shares with the âbuyback offer.â

$SDRC thereâs no shortage of people in this market trying to get you to FOMO into their plays of choice. Mining and OTC stocks have certainly have had their history, and thereâs no shortage of people who are necessarily more knowledgeable than you whether theyâre pointing to the moon or dishonestly negative.
Iâm perfectly willing to cite the facts and sources of everything I say, but am working within the limitations of these platforms and their word limits. Iâve been through it with this one, believe me. I was an outspokenly bullish investor for years and have sold. Reach out in DM if you want to talk about it. If anyones disrespectful in any way, instant block.

$SDRC You ever see a dump-truck hit a person?? Thats what its going to feel like when all these haters realize just how wrong and far off they are on Sidney. I have been here since 2019, calling it right since 2019, had multiple people do ON SITE DD and confirm it all, the amount of buckets needed for the puking will be legendary. So many with a chance at a life-changer. All will see, what matters is who is right in the end. ;)

$SDRC @surrealistinvestor your argument logic is weak.
"At any cost".... is there any proof they're overpaying?
"More established companies couldn't demonstrate". Well name a few in the last 10 or 20 years, or since the PGM demand exploded, that tried? The demand for mined goods is not static. Yes SDRC is clearly moving away from a pure 2023 gold mining play and not providing the full story why, perhaps for strategic reason, perhaps deceptively.
I like that investors question the BS narrative found all over twitter but lately your coming across as bitter and your lack of details makes me think your just making sh*t up.

$SDRC Video released showing a froth floatation process: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=waFws4riZZg "See that Shit?" "There's your process, Dan. That's your metallurgy. Right there." My question is as follows: Where is Mike Irish, B.S., M.S. Metallurgical Engineering, P.E. Environmental, Q.P., Chief Scientific Officer of Sidney Resources? Why are the geologists on site tasked with coming up with metallurgical extraction solutions, let alone updating investors on the nature of the problem, when we have someone as qualified as the company's CSO, an expert metallurgist, to speak on this subject instead? Why hasn't Mike Irish allowed himself to be quoted at all thusfar, let alone on this subject of processing PGM's? SDRC must wish to dispel any possible rumor that Mike Irish is silent because recent company promotions are geologically sketchy without the hard data to back them up, and may put his reputation and registrations at risk. Screenshot below, thanks ChatGPT.

$SDRC is working to own as much of the historical district at any cost.
Theyâre is buying up a bunch of new mining properties that bigger more established companies couldnât demonstrate could be mined profitably.
They are also marketing and committing to develop a suite of yet unproven mineral deposits (PGMâs) that 150 years of mining and exploration my numerous other companies seemed to miss.

$SDRC As we continue to educate ourselves about the life cycle of mineral resource projects, why investors take for granted certain disclosure standards outside USOTC, and why professional geology is regulated in other markets, more will realize that "This is not a traditional mining project" and "we are saving money so we can put it where it counts" was one hell of a cop out. Pump it up guys. Fight for those bullish closes.

$SDRC loosely correlated to gold price at best. Every serious mining investor knows that optionality only works when your resource is either indicated or proven. This is why 2 years ago, realizing how much of an uphill battle it would be to get there after their first set of drills came back, SDRC forewent the feasibility stage, and announced 2 years to production. They postponed finishing exploration, and gave themselves an extremely prohibitive deadline to work out metallurgy, let alone the economics, before fulfilling the promise of first revenues, bringing us to the present complicated situation. On top of that, they are throwing in hype around a suite of minerals never documented before in this region. They are scrambling to figure out something for shareholders in light of the situation they're in. Every release related to their mineral resource has kept some piece of the picture at bay. Fully leaning into twitter IR has conveniently normalized small spurts of info at a time.

$SDRC presented on twitter today in response to a "Rumor that we are not a gold site," is an assay report curated from a larger data set. We see 5 different samples from the magical stockpiles that appeared near their claims late 2022. Its not clear if this is a cyanide leach test of previously processed concentrates or of raw ores. It looks to me that this is a highly selective chemical process designed to separate gold and silver from the rest of the suite of metals mentioned that would probably not be dissolved nearly as well by this method. Obviously gold and silver have the relatively highest level of diligence so far at this site, so pursuing every possibility of extracting them in order to deal with the rest later will be done exhaustively. Its PGM's, REE's, and the rest of the hashtag critical minerals XRF-lot that have close to zero history of diligence at this site. It would be best to deal with that enormously daunting endeavor later and focus on the primary if possible.

$SDRC kinda funny sunny says he likes good discussion and doesn't ban.. b!tch I've been banned for over a year for questioning a couple of his suggested stocks lol. recently a couple mods visited Sydney, the claim "we have boots on ground, Everything is beautiful".. let's get a normie to check it out and post their review of the situation un biased. I'm free all year, any time. $BRGC .. the reason I dumped, the ticker/name change.. if the known scam $HMBL can uplist in 3 months but $BRGC can't change a ticker symbol in over a year, it seems a bit sus. $GWSO was questioned, it was their pride and joy.. pumped and pumped.. contract this contract that. I asked for more details about the battery tech (which led to the ban) .. now sitting at .30 ? seems alittle sus for the amount of pumping. $CAVR was also their child, constantly pumped.. now on the chopping block to be removed.
